Rule3 has: Sand Volleyball courts. Cornhole. Live bands. Outdoor patio/bar. Bowling lanes. (13 I believe) Mini bowling. Arcades. Chill restaurant areas inside. Karaoke area. Kinect area. (XBox projected on full wall). Large indoor bar areas as well Very clean. Very well air conditioned. Drink specials and really good food IMHO. I doubt I'll ever go to Fail-S-L ever again.
