  1. I'm standing by, waiting to hear if you want me to run up to QSL today. Weds 28th. To drop off the "waitress apron" for your costume. But try to let me know before 4pm, so I got time to get there. I might stay a while, but I still got the cold a little bit.

  2. Note: Lowes isn't a very good place to buy plants. Get in the habit of going over to deMonye's Greenhouse. That is where I get my plants. It is a huge place. http://demonyes.net/

  3. oops, I should have said goodbye. I only live a couple of miles away. It was sprinkling when I left. Not cold, I pack layers on at this time of year so I can keep riding. Tires and suspension gets funky at the low temperatures. Fun stuff.

  4. Congrats! You are the 3300th Ohio Rider member.

  5. I'm calling you the next time I got a motorcycle that falls over...

  6. Now that I think of it, I think I had that 8 day thing last year. It was ok in the morning and sort of sick in the evenings. Weird...

  7. Ginger, hi. You just left a message for yourself, lol. Go to the Forums pulldown, and the Introductions forum, and click on New Thread. Give it a title, and then say hello and stuff. That's the introductions. Holler if you need help. Use the reply to this message to contact.

  8. ok sure, I've been impressed with some of the renovation in that area. I should go look up what streets I can remember are bad. I wouldn't even walk on those streets. I suppose it's cleaned up some, but that's where all the felons lived. A bit weird to have that right there near Battelle. If you are North of Battelle, great. That bad zone was to the South.

  9. MJ - My experience... in the area around Battelle, there is a couple of streets that are historically very rough areas to live in. The rest is typical campus level danger. No where around there, would I leave anything outside (motorcycle). Vehicle theft has always been high around South campus. Just saying, I like the neighborhood also, but it comes with some risks. YouknowwhatImean.

  10. I hope so. Looks like maybe in between rain,, I guess. Waiting a bit to see what happens.

  11. hey Kim, I don't think you've done a proper intro yet. Start one on the intro threads http://www.ohio-riders.com/forumdisplay.php?f=38 so everyone can say hello. k?

  12. QSL? never been there yet. No rain tomorrow. Ok, loading tankbag tonight. Thinking going from work. Going home first doesn't work out. Never happens.

  13. Cameras got here Monday, now they are set, tested, w/512Mb SD card, ready to go.

  14. It says they made it to Louisville KY so far. Maybe two more days...

  15. yeah, I will be around. The cameras are still in transit. Maybe here Monday...or not. I haven't checked UPS website lately to see.

  16. you weren't at the Hilliard bike night? hmmmm? You missed a huge number of motorcycles. It was loud, err, noisy even. A ton of Harleys.

  17. I just bought two more cameras, Apparently I collect them. You are welcome to use one, have one, destroy yet another, whatever you want. I found a bargain. They are blue, as if that makes much difference. (errr, I wouldn't be caught with a pink one)

  18. So buy the bike already... this Summer is wasting away :(

  19. funny as in having a sense of humor... good to have one. I think

  20. "you know the whole measuring thing... i wonder how many guys actually do it..." lol, group shower, like in HS or in the Army... near impossible not to notice the two extremes... yur a funny gal...

  21. oh oh, that happens to me all the time. Good weekends have multiple things to do. Dunno what to say. I hope you can pick one. I'll buy you ice cream if you go...:D

A bunch of people from work, on and off the forum, will be at this one. A fund raiser poker run for a volunteer fire department. I was there earlier this year. A nice little town. Aug1st.

  23. Yup, I'm awake. We were feeling tired after eating in Charleston, but were revved up by the time we got back. I don't know what to do on Sunday. Probably nothing. I haven't checked the weather yet. Call me goofy, but I wanted to see that pottery festival. Or wanted to see people try to carry pottery home on a motorcycle...
