The main harness on the alternator is known to cause fires in foxbodies. You get a new 3 wire harness at most autoparts stores when you buy the premium alternator. Either way, you need to replace that 3 wire harness or there could be another fire. -Mike

I have not measured it but it is much smaller then the 21 cu ft that I just picked up. I'd have to say somewhere between 15-17 cu ft. I'll send you a pm with my phone number. -Mike
