...Seeing people driving with loose dogs in the bed of their pickup truck. It bothers me because if the driver needs to make any sudden/evasive move the dog(s) can end up on the highway. The truck I just saw on 71S about 20minutes ago had two dogs in back, fairly good sized dogs, one was calm and staying down, the other was obviously anxious about being back there or traffic, he was pacing from side to side and standing up on the sides of the bed. As a dog owner, this just really bothers me. I treat the safety of our dog in our car just as important as a human passenger, he wears a harness on long trips that secures him to the seatbelt so in the event of an accident he doesn't end up in the windshield! Maybe it's just me

That's what I had. I still have one with a scope on it hanging in the garage. I also have a Crossman 357 co2 pistol, but it has a bad seal and leaks gas.

I got no real problem with bb guns for kids, I had one, but I think 4yrs old is a bit young for it. FWIW thats just my opinion, I'm not a parent, only you can decide whats really right for your own kid.

For me it was SkateWorld in Vermilion. Many a all-night-skate Guilty! Baby monitors were awesome, like bugging your neighbors house! I heard lots of interesting things over baby monitors on my scanner not to mention cordless phones and then later on cell phones (with the aid of a frequency doubler).

We had a party line with our neighbor for awhile, that was so lame having to share a phone line My family was to cheap to get one of those systems, we had a Magnavox Odessy2 system! We had a Revco and Lawsons right down the street. And to this day I go out of my way to find Lawsons Chip Dip, it was theeee best, you can still get it at Circle K!

VHF and UHF, how many people even know what that is?? We had 3 channels on VHF and a handful on UHF, had to get up to change the channel, two different knobs. Our first vcr.... a BETA with a WIRED remote!

Melissa and I have hi-vis yellow windbreaker jackets we wear over our mesh jackets sometimes, they are bicycle jackets we got at Performance Bicycle. We had a couple on a trike following us on the Helping Hands poker run a couple years ago and they commented on our jackets and said they could see us for a long long way.
