All I'm saying is what he told us he was the instructor that trained them. If your not permitted to carry in commercial vehicle why are commercial vehicles mentioned in ORC in regards to when you are required to notify?

Never heard of that one. My instructor told us that there is a trucking company in Ashtabula and the owner paid for all his employees get their CHL and everyone carries and any new hires have to be able to obtain CHL.
