    I can't really tell from the photo but is that a union on the outlet pipe a little above the water line?

    do you have water backup protection on your home owners?

    do you have a union in the outlet pipe off the pump that you can take it apart and see if it is in fact pumping?

    MY buddy has scorpion exo 1000 and my internal visor is a bit darker than his but I believe scorpion offers a darker one
