    If you are just minding your own business going about your day the majority of people would not even notice you had a gun. My wife works retail and she said they have had people come in several times open carrying. Hell believe it or not people even open carry into banks .

    First of all he deserves what he got. But if I read it correctly he was an idiot for notifying a loss prevention officer in the first place had he kept his mouth shut (which is still illegal once the real cops arrived) but he might have got cited with petty theft and released.

    The problem is not enough people open carry so it is odd for some people to see someone open carrying that is why we need more people to open carry.

    personally I think the neck holsters are a bit ridiculous but I do know a guy that uses one and he loves it but he wears it in the winter under a pull over
