I've got a brand new in the box MotoBrackets fairing stay. I'll look into what I payed for it and PM you later.
I am actually looking for something a little more crashable, race type. Will edit original post to reflect that.

Yes, I need also for the same bike! Looks like you'll be all set now? My search continues...

Lets put it this way. If we are fending off zombies or the chinese and you holler for me to toss you a clip, I am going to toss you a clip. Now you are yelling, WTF is this? And you are two steps away from being bit or stabbed. In those vital seconds when the enemy is bearing down on you did you want a clip or a magazine?
I love the whole clip/mag debate. Only because I have guns that break the rules as to why things are called what they are. As for the loaded in the safe thing. I keep several guns in my safe loaded. They are all empty chambers though. I had considered the result of a fire strong enough to defeat the rating on mine. I have rifle ammo that will punch holes in 1/2inch of armor plate, the roof of my safe is no where near that strong.Which ones break the rules . . . what exactly are the rules? I know how to tell most of the time a clip from a magazine, such as in the following:
Call a spade a spade.

Yup that is quick, and I wouldnt worry about a fire setting off the ammo either. Like Swingset said, if fire is that hot to set off the ammo, the guns are as good as gone.
Primers will go off at under 500*f, I think most firearms will be fine at that temperature, some plastic may melt but I believe my AR would withstand being baked at 500 degrees for hours and still function, the ammunition would not.
I'm curious about 556 penetration in sheetrock.Depends on the bullet, is it XM193, SS109, M855?

I do not like the idea of having ammunition in a safe at all. But your situation is not the same as mine and you are looking for information and/or opinions so that you can make an educated decision for yourself. With that said, a safe serves multiple of purposes you must factor in the likelihood of a multitude of scenarios. I am most fearful of fire, if you feel a fire isn't as likely as needing a loaded firearm then a loaded firearm in the safe may be the better option for you.
I am under the impression that if it gets warm enough in there for one round to "cook off" then the rest will follow in a chain reaction. But I am base this on a theory that I have not tested however. That theory is that as the temperature of the primer increases the stability of said primer will decrease. Does anyone know this to be accurate? If it is accurate, it seems to me that the first round cooking off would be enough to set the rest off resulting in damage inside the safe. Or if you have enough ammunition in the safe, and it is sealed tightly enough, it could possibly turn into a bomb of sorts if the rounds all cook-off simultaneously. Believing the possibility of that I would rather keep my firearms in the safe and the ammunition in a separate location.

Do you mean first this, then Twinkies? This says it is from the 110th Congress, if my Wiki reading is correct that ended Jan, 3rd 2009. The 111th congress remained democratically controlled. Us republicans hold the house in our current 112th Congress. In January 2013 once again the house will be republican controlled. But I've got some more lenses I would to buy so . . RRA AR and and 2k rounds of Lake City xm193 for $3,500?

The Nikon D200 would be a nice camera that shouldn't depreciate any further for quite a while. That is just a bit above your budget and would still leave you i need of a lens; which is more critical than the camera body when it comes to creation of good photographs. With Nikon your options for quality glass would be very plentiful dating back to old manual focus lenses from the 70's.

What kind of subject(s) does she wish to photograph?

"About 30,000 American adults and children have the disease . . ." and he " . . has attended two other schools with students who have cystic fibrosis."
What are the odds of that?

The 600 was too much for me when I was 16, it took me two months to put it in a corn field. I have little desire to be on a sport bike larger than a 600 in hope of saving my life. If you can't keep him from getting the damn thing at least try to get him to Mid-Ohio or some other track and get a track day under his belt and help him have a fighting chance. Maybe he will get hooked on the track crack and ditch the Busa for something more track friendly.

There's my first one, but it shows some holster wear these days. Going to have to dig them out of the safe and a get a shot of the two of them together sometime.

After watching MI:III and Seeing the Matrix series I determined that I had to add a second 92fs to the arsenal, but I still prefer the USP and need a 1911 in the mix again. But honestly, you like the 92fs, and you have two hands? It only cost twice as much to have two of them.
Oh and for the expensive shotguns, there is a place near where I live. It is called Jaqua's I don't do much business there but I once heard that some prince from the middle east once visited for a purchase. They do have some amazing engravings on things, and on occasion price tags that would rival the jump that was suppose to happen yesterday.

This is awesome,
Interesting wording, "without a vehicle" that's cause there is a faster man. A guy in the 60s ejected from an SR71.
First of all, thank-you for reminding me of the SR-71, one of my favorites planes of all time! I don't think that the "interesting wording" is designed to separate this event from "A guy in the 60s" but now you have me reading up on the SR-71s. Seems there were actually plenty of ejections from the planes in the 60s and even 70s. Back to the wording; is he not technically using a vehicle, vis-à-vis the Balloon, to make the achievement? All of the bullshit aside free fall acceleration to the sound barrier!
Do you know Felix? If not I'd say he's safe from your jinx.I got pulled away from the feed and was afraid I had missed it. Luckily well will never know if Felix is impervious to the jinx that keeps my ass away from fun stuff on the 9th.

For myself (Oct 9th 2001) and a friend (Oct 9th 2002) October 9th has not been a good day to do fun things. Just one year apart from one another we both managed to break a leg jumping dirt bikes, I hope that bad luck doesn't play on Felix in his jump today.

Congratulations and best of luck!

keep me in mind when/if you ever want to let her go

I bought an Arctic Butterfly 788 recently to try cleaning the sensor on one of my cameras. Unfortunately whatever was on the sensor smeared, so if blowing it out with a little bit of air does not work I may recommend Midwest Photo Exchange on High Street. They have a gal there that has a little bit of experience cleaning sensors. I do not know what the cost is, but I do know that I need to get down there and get one of my sensors cleaned.

How do these things do off-roadish? I need something to get around the infields at race tracks for photos.
-
I'll be there, hopefully finding a decent balance between work and play.

as of this afternoon.. all spots filled
Bummer, I was just trying to figure out some way to get my first track day of the year under my belt

He is there every track day and will load the Mid Ohio gallery on his website. He does a hell of a job too.

Thank-you very much, everything from the 17th is up now.
There were certainly a lot of bikes out there, I think close to 100 counting the instructor/control riders. Even with 30 bikes out at a time, there seem to be some good open gaps on the 2.4 mile track that were not being used.
