Looking to sell my video camera. Realized shortly after getting it that I do not care for editing video. Includes everything that was with it when I bought it new + a wide angle lens attachment. $400 OBO

  2. . . .

We just refocused on used camera gear this January, and have picked up business exponentially compared to the same timeframe last year. It was a little lost after Gary left, but we brought several strong people over. Jeff is there with the sole purpose of building the used business, and we now have my friend Zach there too. Pretty strong and personable crew. . .

I had nearly given up on Cord, but with this news I'll have to add it back to my list of stops I make while in town.

  3. Cord use to have an awesome selection at the 5th Ave. location but that is not the case anymore. Gary who use to be The Man when it came to Cord now has his own shop at 1421 West Third Ave, Columbus, OH 43212 I think it is all used tho, but he has a very wide selection, possibly the best in town. This may be your best bet in Columbus. Midwest Photo Exchange on high street has some good stuff mostly new. And Columbus Camera Group is also fun to check out. Feel free to get a hold of me if you want to go camera shopping, it's always fun to bounce around these places.

  4. Used scares me just a bit, simply because I don't know everything to look for, and I don't want to get the shaft.

Nothing to be scared of I can point you in the right direction. I've bought my past D7000, D300, both D2x's, D200, and current D3 all used.

  5. I've got a suit as well, but it may be a smudge to snug on you. It is a Teknic Violator size 40/50 Kangaroo. I am 5'10 170 and purchased an A* size 40 to replace it. You are more than welcome to try it on on, price is $350.

  6. You should have asked before making the trade. I don't know what the van was worth to you but below are the prices that I can find the items for. It's a nice little kit if you are interested in the equipment, and certainly much easier to store and move.

This guy broke down the "value" for items that are generally packaged together.

    D300s would have come with the MH-18a = $1,100

    18-200mm would come with the HB-35 hood = $500

And the Nikon "multipower battery pack" hopefully a genuine Nikon MB-D10 and not a knock-off or off brand would have included the MS-D10eh and a MS-D10 tray. = $180

    Nylon Camera bag = ??

  7. I'll have to wait to see how things unfold, but I would love to get to Barber that weekend. I have heard nothing but good things.

Can't go.. I am going to Jennings on the 12 and 13th.. I rented the track out for just my friends... WHAT WHAT!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like perfect timing! Two days at Barber followed by two more at Jennings?
