You got it. Classroom/trackday is Novice or essentially beginning the process. Race School is to take once you've done Novice, Intermediate(some), heck even advanced if you choose to. It gives you a racing license IF you pass.

Actually, we aren't calling it anything different Race School is for those that are about to race, or possibly even racing the day after. It's for those who have experienced track time and spent a lot of time working on parts of track riding that take time to learn. Track Days/Classroom time is just that. It's practicing either on an open track or it's having an instructor work with you and then classroom time. Either way, there are several guys on here that instruct so I am sure you will be with one of them for a Novice track day which includes coaching/instructiing, and then classroom time too. Looking forwrad to seeing you there!

Hopefully that means you are doing Novice to take the classroom sessions, not actual Race School. Race school is more advanced and more about actual racing vs. learning on the track. It's for experienced riders that have completed several N days or are already comfortable with things like fly by passes, passing inside, getting passed inside, holding steady lines etc. It sounds like Todd and you are working towards a good Novice day to learn how to use a track safely. If not, I am confident tomorrow the staff will place you where you should be. This is what's nice about MS staff, they take the time and effort to help.

Was last weekend your first track day? No offense but might be best to get a few more events under your belt first. I know there are many on here that will back that up. Don't go too fast in progression, things change a lot as it happens.

I still have a C9 and have shot a ton of rounds through it. Cheap yes, heavy yes, loud yes. BUT as long as I use the stock mag. it works great. The high cap. mag on the other hand has some issues. But for real, mine was just for plinking and so far it's fine.

If it's the one on Main and Brice I had them tint my F150, great service and honestly the best tint job I've had on any of my trucks. The Zierbart in Mansfield does all our other cars tint, and did my F250 spray in liner. Its not as solid as LineX, but Ive had it for 3 years and it still looks new and was 1/2 the costs.

Boots are 3 yrs old for reference. I did take 1 year off from riding and last year rode with them for 7 events and no more. Used 0 days this season. I'd say they have 10 track days/1 race, and then some hocking rides and that's about it. I wore basketball shoes to ride when just riding to and from work.

If you EVER leave me out of spoon time again, I will "accidently" forget the KY Him for Him lube at home the next time. Do you see where I am going for this? It is hurtful and makes me feel unloved. For real though, trailer looks dope man congrats and gotta work to pay the bills. I won't be at another event until end of June so I know the feeling. Dirt track season kicks into high gear over the holiday weekend and always takes a lot of time and diesel for the summer. That's why. See when we run genny's through our tt's or campers, it wont matter because we have invertors in line to make it balanced. Gennerators don't usually have those, only invertors, hence why they are "constant" and level power. Generators are not.

Not always, it all depends on the surge as stated below. I mean doing it every now and then isn't going to really matter, but the constant surging of like every weekend, wouldn't be good.

Cell phone batteries are a perfect example of bad days with this too. I normally use my car charger vs. plugging a cell into a genny. I havent used my transponder yet, registered it on Mylaps, so hopefully it works lol.

Marty, Can I pre-order with the PDF form at the track? Just promise to only shoot my right side bodywork with the good shots, my left has some duct tape on it. lol. Not to mention I don't plan to run a ton Saturday, more Friday then Sunday for the race. You won't be shooting Friday will you?
