I used to do loans like this, now only Mortgages, but I used to work in the lending industry as a whole. If they did not ask for the title/request it at closing they can still ask for it BUT if it isn't in writing then technically no he doesn't have to provide it. In writing would be listed as collateral on the loan docs, note, etc. There will be a form that shows this, often it is the 1003 Loan Application, or note, that listed the VIN of the bike/bike description as collateral. If it is listed anywhere on the docs then he is required to provide the title. They then transfer ownership of the bike to the lender, and out of the borrowers name. This was common with the other loan officer in our office as he often would forget to request titles from borrowers, no lie. IF the VIN is NOT on any loan docs and no where does it show the VIN/description of bike for collateral, then tell them to F off. As for insurance this is the BITCH of it all. If the VIN/Bike is listed as collateral, they have every right to make him carry full coverage, if he doesn't or it laps's they will place lender paid insurance, which does not protect him in anyway, only their interest. It is NOT like a normal bike/car/house insurance, it merely covers their collateral and would ONLY pay them off. If the bike is worth 5K loan is 2K, he wrecks it with lender placed insurance, he gets 0.00 and they get 2k. Lender placed insurance is like 3 times what normal insurance is and is pointless to the borrower, only covering the lender. It is added to the monthly payment and must be paid until insurance proof is provided. Also they do NOT have to refund anything even if the policy is backdated, they still have a right to keep their insurance and premiums collected. If you need/want more info I did this for a long time and can give you more. Sorry if long winded.... I just noticed you said the loan has been paid off by over 700.00? If this is the case then they should have sent a paid in full letter to him, and would have 0 interest in the title. Like I said, feel free to PM me, I can provide cell if you want via PM. I help people on WERA with mtg ?s all the time. I think I helped someone here too the other day.

Im like 99% sure you needed to do that in 90 days...... Or it's void.......

Ive witnessed a bottle of 151 chugged several times. Same kid, he weighs 155lbs and is 5ft 4ish. I've seen him do it twice at lake erie and once at OSU. Sorry for no stats, when I did the Dagwood I was 24-26, 6 ft 205lbs. Blazing was 21 6ft 190lbs Also I've seen the milk chug done before with Skim Milk on more than one occasion, I would recommend it with skim, nothing more. They failed with 2% each time, but skim was pretty easy.

Done the dagwood 4 times, after MvF it became larger for reference. Done it twice before twice after. For reference these were done in under 30 minutes due to lunch breaks. Pic was on the wall for 2 of them last time I was there, but that was 1.5 yrs ago. 50pc nugs from MickeyD's, Med. Fries, Coke, done this 5 times last football season and can't wait to do it again. The 20 pc is a joke, basically I order 2 of those anytime I want nugs if they don't have the 50. Also done in under 30 mins due to lunch time restraints I've also eaten several of these, and made several at home too; http://americanfood.about.com/od/extremeamericancuisine/a/garplate.htm Mix that Garbage Plate with Genny Light and it's heaven. Edit; did the blazing wing challenge in college too, but I eat Blazin Wings for fun so that really isnt a challenge. I like the posted challenges for sure, I've never done the Cici's but love that place. May try that sooner than later.

Not really sure how that pertains to my point but thanks for the pic. I hate cats so it holds even less ground, but good job. -

I am going to step in here, not agreeing with any party, but simply pointing out what I see from the outside. Dubguy isn't trying to razz anyone, he is asking for his knowledge, for his reasoning, and even research if you will, as he get's ready to embark on another step of his life. Moving out of the city he has been in for several years to a new house, new job, new locations etc. Granted he has lived in IN before, but maybe not this exact area, who knows. His first post doesn't directly call anyone anything bad, at least to me. He is simply stating what he has seen/heard or possibly experienced. So let's not take this to a directed pissing match. Lets take this and use it as a place to post experiences, stories, and reasoning for the CCW. I have mine, not sure if you knew that Dub or not. I have NEVER carried in your vehicle though to keep things straight, I would ask you before I ever considered it etc. Even our trip to MI etc, some parts which we passed are not great. Anyways, reason I was one of the first people in the county I was in, which was a Hill Billy county(Gurnsey), was because I knew that my future would include me moving to Columbus and working in some not so great areas. I ended up on Main St in Reynoldsburg and Brice Rd... I was working for a lender and Citi Financial along with another lender less than 1 block from us was robbed every month for 3 straight months at gun point, banks locally were as well. On top of that I was collecting, going to peoples houses, asking for payments and telling them if they didn't pay I would repo their cars, houses, or personal items. Livingston and Brice, places like that.... I never once had a gun pulled on me, BUT I do feel that there were times had I not been open carrying, or CC it may have been another story. I did have a friend in Mansfield that lived in one of the largest drug areas in Mansfield, and we would hear gun shots often. He is my best friend and like a brother but never owned a gun. Anytime I was there, I would be carrying, he was aware of it, and not big on it, but knew that at anytime a drive by could occur. His house was never shot up, but his neighbors was often. There was a dual murder there a few years ago, but he has since moved out. I have several weapons around my house, hidden where only I know where they are. I have 2 more that my GF knows where they are, and 1 that is in open sight next to my bed. Reason being, I have often considered the worst of the worst and what could happen, maybe I watch too many movies, well 1-2 a year, but I will never be outgunned by someone illegally carrying. I will continue to carry and will protect myself, my loved ones, or anyone else that may need it, in a correct manner. Sorry, I am long winded. Dub, you and I came from very similar upbringings etc, if you ever want to talk about this or anything you got my number etc. I know where you are coming from. -

Thats awesome man, glad she got her L taken care of before the end of the season. I bet she was freeezing lol.. -
I used a 50.00 Dicks special for 3 years, not just at the track since I took 1 of those years off, but at dirt track races, parties, waxing cars etc. and got every cent out of it. You get what you pay for to an extent... No warranty, not huge, but for the 50 I spent, that thing was amazing. Im running a 44.00 from Kroger right now, used it 2 weekends and it's been fine. 1 weekend was nice and sunny, the other was a 3 day event and it rained the whole time. Was fine the whole weekend. Also these things have parts that you can swap. When I finally though out the one I had for 50 a guy came over and took what he needed to repair one. Just saying, it ain't as bad as the reviews are. I personally for the price would give these cheapys 5 stars.

Dude 730 at best, you trying to grid before the riders meeting lol. Marty, Dave and Tony's Bistro is always open, well not so much on Fridays, but Saturdays you know it's happening! And Sundays, you eat that and I promise by the second trip to the shitter you drop 3-5lbs. Can't wait for next season and actually getting some good times in. -

Going to agree here, I had planned on this one for sure, then wedding came up and I'm glad it did. I love track time etc. but this is a weekend I'd rather stay away. Figure a winter trip will take the place of this, and hopefully I can find a 3 dayer and make the drive worth it. Anyone running, have fun, and dress warm!!! -
If it is going on Craigs let me know. I just started looking for something like this, yesterday.
-
Dude omg, how would you do that with people showering at the same time? I went to a D3 college seperate shower stalls, but one room, that would be sick.
-
God I wish I had mine back. Sold it for 2K 3 yrs ago, and miss it EVERY season. The RC I upgraded to was nice, but this was so much easier to ride lol.
-
You may wanna check our Apch8R's sig... he already has some...... Just saying. But yes, I agree you will be selling yourself and ability etc. not asking for what they can give you. My car before I sold it was sponsored by several Cougar specific dealers when they were around and I was showing all the time. Just had to win shows to keep them happy and get their name out. And no I did not have any decals etc. it was only on the entry and the display plate.

And if you are running Power Pure's there is no temps. Just guess and check but nothing out last time I talked to anyone. I set mine cold at 28f/26r, then I reset them to the same after 2 sessions and warming up. Then I forget about them unless it gets real hot. Keith Stone, I love you!

Oh Keith, you're so smooth!

I saw this on the miltary channel, the article is good, but dude, seeing it on TV was unreal. There were tons of fake things used, blowup tanks(baloons basically), planes, everything. Whole towns were built as fakes.

I only sell outright anymore. I will never deal with financing again after selling my car to a kid who needed it. I will get info/pics asap.

This. I dont have any pics of the TT. I will get some shortly, we aren't really concerned with selling it to be honest, but figured no need for 3. I have 2 currently but this is the one I use. I need toyhauler, but have enclosed, and travel trailer. FC= Free Clear title, sorry it was lending lingo from when we did car loans at my other jobs. I will try to get trailer pics though for SandG. I will not sell/part with it until I have a toy hauler lined up, or know I can get what I want. Unless the price is right
