You gotta wait several weeks for the good rains to come in and wash all the gravel, salt, etc off the road before heading down there. Either way, this is what happens EVERY year, people get all hard on for a decent day, then go down there and wad their toys up before the season even starts. First ride I went on down there a few years ago, we had like 6 bikes down on what should have been a 4 hour ride or so. Never again, May at best to head down there and try to tear it up. Cruising is one thing, but man people will never learn. Glad you are okay, definitely call insurance and claim it. Maybe they will offer a buyback, maybe not.

Nah, no surgery means longer recovery actually for something like that. With surgery they are able to reattach and you start PT shortly after. Without it, you want to really be easy on it and let it fully heal, or it never will. And shoulders/rotator cuff's really aren't something you want to keep messing up, makes life miserable. Hope it wasn't your right arm, or wiping and jerking might be tough.

Bro, don't jinx it. You should have seen the MCRA or MRCA or whatever it was at Putnam last year. They had this "Show Me How Track Days Work" group, they went over before the event truly started, and then after lunch for like a few laps, supposed to be all slow, curisers, sport bikes, touring, etc. So it was BELOW novice, at least 5 people wadded their bikes. These people were in jeans and just had to have a riders coat, helmet, gloves, and boots. No bueno, but then again, a lot of that had to do with the CR's they had running that group. Right bro, Saturday DINNER, lunch is kinda whatever. I plan to picnic all events and just try to cut costs like we usually do. Then again, 1 of the 29 flavors of Klondike Bars from Dave and Toni's Bistro does sound good. But yeah, Dinner only Saturday night. If I remember I will bring my little grill too, it's propane so better than nothing.
