XL PowerTrip vintage style women's leather jacket with removable liner for sale. In very good condition. Clean/smoke free home. I love this jacket. The only reason I'm selling it is because I've lost a bit of weight since purchasing so now it's too big for me. Asking $100 OBO. There's a scratch on the underside of the left arm, the small hanger chain on the collar of the jacket has popped out on one side, and there's very light/faded pen mark on the back shoulder of the jacket.

I'd love to go! Although, I've agreed to go to the Adventure Expo with my fiance. I'm now trying to talk him into going on an actual adventure instead. http://www.columbusadventureexpo.com/

Awesome! Thanks for the updated route. Sorry if I seem nitpicky. I do a lot of quality control...

I'm trying to familiarize myself with the route prior to going on this ride. I believe I'm finding a couple of discrepancies with the maps (?). 1. The cue sheet on the RideWithGPS version makes no mention of turning left onto OH-691 from route OH-56, although it does show that on the map portion. 2. On the mapquest version, the route goes from OH-78 to OH-685 to hit OH-13 (on OH-13 for about 4 miles). Where on the RideWithGPS version, the route goes from OH-78, heading up towards route 216, and then back east, with a small 1 mile jog on Oh-13 before getting back on 78. 3. On RideWithGPS, the cue sheet says turn Right on Main St. (OH-669). According to the map (as well as Mapquest), that should be a LEFT turn onto Main St. (OH-669). 4. In Somerset, Mapquest says to take a left of Summit St/ RideWithGPS says left on Sheridan Ave. This is such a small discrepancy, I almost didn't note it. Just know that these two roads are interchangeable and both quickly get you to OH-668. Just wanted to throw these out there. #s 1 and 3 could really throw you off course if you're not paying attention. #s 2 and 4 aren't a big deal, those routes will still get you to the finish.

I'm going to take my waving hand and slap my forehead with it for wasting my time reading that whole, incredibly worthless article.

Are they paperback or hardcover?

Wow, good for her! Congrats!

I'm in a similar boat. Time Warner just hiked my bill +24 a month. They said my 2 year promo price is now over. I asked if I could get it back, they said no. I'm pissed. I just have basic cable and internet. They're my only cable option, and I don't want to go to Direct TV. We've decide that we're going to go ahead and just cancel cable completely. I don't watch enough TV to justify spending that much. But internet is a must, so we'd either have to keep TW for internet only (I just want to give them the boot), or we can pick up internet service from Century Link.

Some people are just dicks like that? It could just have been my guilty conscience from walking around the big ROAD CLOSED signs, that made me believe the guy was talking to the police, but his body language told me that he was not happy and his attention was on us. In 10 minutes time he had 3 vehicles parked in front of his home, and 7 random people walking around these signs going to check out this "sinkhole" that is very close, if not part of, his property.

Don't make my mistake. I rode alone for the better part of 8 years before becoming active on a forum or trying to meet other riders (just not good at meeting people and only one of my friends had any real interest in riding). I feel I could have learned so much more had I met more people to learn from. You seem to be starting off right. And I'm sure there are people in your area willing and patient enough to take it easy and ride with you. Ride safe and welcome!

I'm sure it's going to take a while. They have to get permits, inspections, blah blah blah. Last report I heard said it could take up to a year before the road is open again. And lol. They didn't have the orange mesh fence up when we went there. When we were leaving (from the opposite side), a car pulled up loaded with 5 people going to check it out also. A guy who lives in a house right there was on his porch, on the phone; I'm pretty confident he was talking with the police. I'm guessing that's why they put the fencing up. So if you do go to check it out again, make sure you go at the same side you did last time. Not that I'd be too concerned with the sheriff rushing out to the middle of no where, for something that petty.

I had just arrived at a party of good friends with my new (to me) KZ1000. Had everyone outside, showing it off in the driveway. I went to take it for a spin down the road and back to further show it off. I was excited, but also a little distracted keeping an eye on one of my friend’s off-leash dog (hoping it wouldn’t follow me into the road). I began rolling down the driveway, and as my front tire hit the road, I heard one of my friends urgently yell “STOP”. I hit the brake, stalled out the bike, and just in time to see a Navigator barreling past me. Stupid… but I guess it could have been worse...

Got out on the bikes this weekend and decided to check out the sinkhole. Parked at the Closed Road signs and walked the rest of the way. Pretty neat...

We took a ride through the country; around Pataskala and up to Johnstown. All the roads we hit were in relatively good shape (37, Morse, Mink, Wesleyan). We came across a few large gravel patches, but those were in front of the big farms and were easy to see. It was really refreshing to get out.

When I worked as a service tech at a Honda dealership, I always replaced the crush washer. I don't always when doing my own oil changes, just because I forget to pick one up. I've never had a leak though. I was much better at remembering when it came to customer vehicles; didn't want to take any chances when it came to another person's car.

Pothole, sinkhole, whatever... I take this road to/from work each day. It sounds like it collapsed roughly two hours after I drove over it. It's one of the few roads along the way that has a couple good curves to it. Pretty bummed it'll be closed for who knows how long. Looks like I'll need to do a little exploring. http://www.10tv.com/content/stories/2014/04/04/granville-south-york-road-sinkhole.html

I actually enjoy living in Ohio very much. There’s quite a bit to this state/city near where I live. Most of my family is near, I’m in an affordable home with a little bit of land in the peaceful country side (which would be damn near unattainable in say…the sunny state of California). And yet it’s close enough to the city that I can commute to my job (that I also enjoy), as well as experience a wide range of activities in any direction. If there’s anything, as an Ohioan, I have to complain about, it’s the weather. It’s the only reason why I’d ever consider moving. While we might not have the highest levels of precipitation, we do have some of the highest overcast conditions in the nation. Don’t fault anxious riders who complain, on a motorcycle forum, about the long winter.

One of the interns at out company was/is involved on this project. Last year he was taken to Europe for the race. Sounds pretty awesome.
