I have the same and have been very happy with them.
  2. Where are you planning on going from there? A little more info would be nice. I am already planning on heading to Pa. in this thread.

    No Gear

I wear leather pants with textile armored jacket, full length boots, gauntlet gloves and full face helmet. I don't feel right with out it on. I get comments all the time about gear and why I wear it. Lately I have been answering with "Why do you not wear gear?" and walk away. It's seems pointless to argue gear with people who have already made their decision. I look at it like this- If your moving, like your supposed to be when you ride a motorcycle, the heat doesn't bother you. If you ride a bike to be cool and stand around sure gear would be pointless. I feel wearing gear is preventative maintenance for the body like checking tire pressure, changing oil, and chain maintenance is preventive maintenance for the bike. I would rather go through the extra work to have everything covered than to just take off and have an issue when I need the maintenance and gear the most. When you least expect it. But you all do what you want. It's you life, skin bones and bike. And I will still stop to help you out if you go down or brake down. No matter how messy it maybe.

    5/23 ride

I think that is the map I just made up the other day for the N.E. group. It was made in about 10 min. and can be shortened and lengthened at the groups will. Unless Conn-e-rot is set on it. I think it would be nice and make a long day but the mileage isn't really that bad. Map says 255 and with getting back into our neck of the woods might add a 100 so maybe 355. I"m down, I did more than that on Friday and Sunday witch total something like 790. We can work it out. Lets just try to get a good time for everyone.

    5/23 ride

I might be able to do it the weekend of the 30th. But not this weekend.

  11. East was nice. What about something like this? http://maps.google.com/maps?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hl=en&tab=wl
  12. I have these TCX that NinjaNick posted. I don't do track days but have been very happy with them as for regular to aggressive street riding and walking around every hour or two to 20 minutes or so. For the price they have been just what I was looking for.
  13. Put a sign in front of your house. Or go talk to local excavation companies and landscapers. I used to dump dirt from jobs at houses all the time. If it is closer than the shop or a screening facility it saves windshield time and fuel= saving money!
  14. MY wife and kids were out of town all weekend so opportunity knocked. In the real world all I normally do is half day rides on weekends and a couple 1 and 2 hour rides during the week.
  15. What are you thinking? South, East, South East?
  16. I went down South today and rode 359.9 miles. Mohican, Mt. Vernon, Cosocton, New Philli, to Waco. It was a great day. Checked this morning early and didn't see anyhting and logged out and hit the road. Met up with A guy from Ride Ohio and Chevellefan doesn't post much. It anyone hasn't ridden Route 60 it is a must! Put it on your to ride list. The rest of the roads I don't remember, there were probably 5 gravel roads we ended up cruising a couple miles on. But if you were to just ride county routes and state routes that can be all avoided. But you will miss some amazing scenery.
  17. Once you get everything squared away let us know. If it's good weather I will be out.
  18. I don't do photoshop so no help here. If I may suggest though. Doing the rear sets black like the frame and at least a slip on.
  19. It was a nice ride guys! You all rode your own pace in my view and didn't do anything crazy. My only concern was everyone got home in one piece and on time.Looks like we all got home in one piece but not on time. Sorry about that! I really enjoyed myself. For those who didn't go we went from Meadville Pa. Route 27 east to Pineville rd going in to Tidioute. Then rslocum slip for home and conn-e-rot and I went 127 east to 27 east to 6 east to 59 and ended up at the Kinzua Dam. Met some other guy who was riding a RC. Then we headed back home on 62 South to 322 west out of Franklin back into Meadville. I really like 62. It is just a nice sceanic ride with long sweepers. 27 was nothing to write home about. Here is a couple pics I took just to prove we went to Kinzua. We really didn't stop much other than gas. My total round trip was 375.4 miles. It was a good day!
  20. Gray spokes and black rims would be ideal IMO!
