  1. yeah, if we are starting the same way, and the first part of the route is the same way, I'd love to hit bath rd again. Yellow creek (which from what I saw, runs parallel to bath) also looks like it could be good too. Those roads were actually pretty fun though short (I hit bath and yellow creek rd again on the way back home). if there are better roads past where we rode around, i'm all in.

  2. hiya

this sunday is supposed to be mid 50's again with sun (maybe not as much as last sunday... actually, last sunday was past 60 degrees i think, but still).

i don't want to lead the ride (wouldn't want to repeat my cluster fuck performance) but if someone knows some good roads near the whole valley view/independence/peninsula parks area and is willing to lead, that area seems to be central for a lot of the NEOhio area people.

Based on weather reports so far, highs will be in the low to mid 50's partly cloudy. it'll warm up to around the high by 1pm or so until 4pm. and then temps start to drop again.

    I propose the following:

Meet at QSL in Valley View by 11:30 and fuel up. have a quick lunch at qsl or hoggy's or whatever. and then ride out and hit some roads along the river and the parks. I'd like to hit certain roads a couple times (Bath rd comes to mind... thanks to pauly for the suggestion). and take off before it gets too cold again.

    people who plan on showing:

    Jbot

    Neohiofan

    jreese

trmn8r (probably show up if he gets work finished)

skrewloose (if his wife gets back in time)

Tpoppa (if he feels up to it)

    NRTHNR (definitely interested)

Harb (if he can get tires mounted and if he wouldn't rather go south of canton)

i'll try to be good about updating the list.

  3. storm: corporate server structure friendly that also happens to be media friendly

iphone: media friendly and graphics intensive that also happens to have decent email

if you're not a corporate/business user and need a touch screen and the apps you need are available, go with the iphone. it's fancier, and you can watch some top quality streaming pr0n. this by itself almost made me buckle and get the iphone, but oh wells.

  4. I call on RC51 John, RVTPilot, and KruelHouse to throw more RC's up in this thread-izzle. Or if jbot wants to postwhore his Aprilia, that'd be OK to. Hell, I'll take a 1098 at this point.... wait, I can throw all of them in one shot.

who's the loser with the red ape?

jk, it's newer and shinier than mine.

  5. i was THIS close to buying an 03 RC51 (had my deposit in his mailbox) and the guy sold it out from under me to another guys from michigan or something for a couple hundred bucks more. ok, it was like 600 more, but dammit!

oh well, everything turned out ok in the end.

  6. psych is hard... lol

ok ok, neuro psych is kind of hard. but you dont get to the hard stuff until you are well into graduate program for psychiatry.

  7. Hi I just got back home

Lol sorry I kept getting us all lost. I am not good ride leader material.

Next time when we have someone more competent to lead a ride and knows his way around it will be more fun I swear! It was nice to get out in the gorgeous weather

Hopefully the next time we ride it'll be nice enough to make the trip south and we can hit some

Roads we can let loose a bit more on.

Plz don't hit me k thx

    See you all next time!

  8. this is exactly why i'm too much of a pansy to do a wheelie. i've done them on accident, and that was "exciting" enough. damn hilly roads. the worst is when you do a wheelie by accident cresting a hill, only to find that there is a sharp right hander immediately afterwards. i <3 u hocking hills.
