I took my CCW classes at Krav. They seemed like a good school for teaching self defense and they have a lot of different classes available for all sorts of scenarios.

x2 I had these for commuting and boots for harder riding. The Shift shoes are awesome. I wore them around campus all day without any problems. They do make your feet super stinky though. I went down in the Shift shoes and they held up very well. I highly recommend them.

This would work as well, or cut it like stated above. I cut my Yosh pipe down to less than half the original length when I wrecked my bike the first time. You'll just need to drill rivets in it and put the end cap back on like stated above. Lots of options here with a dented pipe.

I would just go with a Yosh slip on. No need to go with a full system on the SV. You won't see much power gain for the money. A basic tune after would be worth the money as well.

Title says it. I've been down in this jacket twice. There are no tears on it, no color has broken through to the inside, not much sign of wear from either time touching the ground and I'd trust it to keep me safe again. I would always drop my kickstand right by one of the corners if I couldn't get it to change. Just remember to put the bike in neutral, you don't want to be that person stalling at the light. If that doesn't work run it.
