No the cork gasket on the tranny pan is shot its falling apart an leaking bad. The drain plug had a cracked plasic o ring an needed replaced. The other little leaks I can deal with.

Yeah I might need to do the idle. It's is idling a little fast.

The truck is solid. But from its age itvhas some leaks.

Well ol blue as its now called threw me a loop last night. Starter solenoid died on me no biggy new one was $28 lol like the old school prices for parts. Put some small parts on it today. New drain plug that was damaged an leaking while doing a oil change. New radiator cap that was loose an leaking. An I picked up a gasket an filter for the tranny that is leaking. Gonna be a busy day or two. Lol

Thanks guys yeah he is pumped to start working on it to get his hands dirty. I found an old r22 yota that was mint but more then I wanted to spend an way to far away.

Only in the city are deer over populated. Dnr says that the deer population is at a healthy level right now which means its lower then normal in the rural areas. An with more rural destruction due to yuppies need more housing developments there are high populations in the suburban areas that use to be more rural.

This will be used as my new hunting/camping truck. It will double as my kids transport when he get his license in a few months.

Picking up a new to me old truck. Found a 1991 Ford f150 4x4 supercab from Tennessee. It's got a 351w motor with 112900 miles an no rust. Everything works as it should cold air hot heat all that stuff. No rust on the body, an a super clean frame an under carriage. All it could use is tires in a bit, an the radio needs rewired. Wish I could post pics but I never can.

Lol this city boy gets in the woods no later then 6:20. Without a head lamp most days. If I hunt public land I get out earlier then that if there is a spot I want to sit.

You know what I hate more then poaching is stealing. Someone tried to steal a stand off private property. Cut the straps an tried to get it down. But couldn't get the top strap off. Now I have to get new straps.
