Pics added... Sorry it took so long.. I used some cheap cleaner I have here and almost got every little speck off that was there from the grass spill.. Only thing you can see now is a tiny faint black mark about an inch long and a centimeter wide... I bet I could get it completely gone if I had anything better.. Here are pics with a close up of the mark

Not stepping on toes at all.. You can refi but it's a little more difficult. Do you have conventional or fha? who owns the mortgage? Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae? You might have some options but since mine in Ohio is FHA I'm a little screwed, but COULD do it but wouldn't be a normal refi as if I lived there.. Best would be to call and ask your options.

Thank you both.. I think the biggest issue is that I have two places and all my equity is in my Indiana home.. My ohio loan is FHA and apparently refinancing an FHA rental property isn't an easy one.. I tried HARP but Freddie or Fannie don't own my loan.. I'll try both reccomendations but might be SOL.

I have refinanced once in ohio with Bank of America but I'm looking for a private firm.. Anyone know anyone who owns or works for one and won't try and rape me? My cousin owns one in Indiana and he always tells me where they are trying to screw me and such, but I don't want a ton of hassle especially since its not my primary home and its a state away.. Just want an easy no cost refi... Should be pretty simple.. Current rate on that condo is like 5.4 I'm looking for anything under 4 but am not paying fees.

Sorta... He wrecked his track bike and had to use this to control ride (Coach) novice 1 day.. It rained the whole day and he nancied it around because he didn't want to do something dumb. So yes it has rolled the wheels on pavement, but no never ran any different than a spirited street ride.

Selling my MX-1 suit.. I found a new suit I really want so seeing if I can sell this guy... Price is $450 This suit is in great condition. I fell in the grass one time, but it just has some tiny marks.. No scuffs or tears anywhere.. just looks like someone tackled you in the grass.. I'm sure it would come off with a leather clean... I owned this for 1 season. When this suit came out it was a $1200 suit.. I'm 6 ft 175 and it fits me great.. I have plenty of room for a back protector and it doesn't pull my nuts. Quit being a va jay jay and get that 675r on the track like it was meant to be.. I don't know what intimidates you about a "track." It's just closed course riding.. No need to go racing or riding above your comfort zone.. If you can do 1 a year.. Awesome.. If you can do 20 a year.. even more awesome.. But it's silly to own such a race bike and ride on back roads in ohio or deals gap or wherever..

Why not buy the 1199? or 1098r? Or 1198s? Just wondering because what you are doing is NOT cheap.

Good to hear one good review from the many bad that I have heard.. Josh (Ducati guy) hasn't had the best luck with them..

I just think it's funny how someone can like something over another and you make a blanket statement about not enough seat time. Someone is allowed to like one over another even if they have only been to each track one time. It's just a personal preference.. No need for blanket arguments. I never said it's the worst track ever.. it just needs repaved and better run off.. I wouldn't say I wouldn't do another event there, race there, etc.. It's just not great. Gingerman isn't my favorite either.. Actually Mid O is my favorite track.. I love that track. Slick in the A.M. yes, but still love it. Putnam is showing age, but still fine..
