Yea, I have shot an lc9 and dont mind the long trigger pull that bad. I was all for getting an lc9 untill I saw the xds then my wheels started turning.

I carry a xdm40 now and love it. Iam just wondering how long the wait will be. The 5+1 doesnt bother me, if I cant stop the attack in 6 rds I wont be able to stop it in 8 or 9. Plus the weight saving is nice for a summer gun. Why not carry a 45 if you can, isnt the point of carring to stop an attack if it happens? So why not have something with some heavy knock down power? Like my instuctor said you are responsable for every round that comes out of that gun,so worrying about where one or two rounds is going to go is more then enough for me to worry about,let alone 12 or more rds.

So I have been thinking about picking up a lc9 for a summer gun to carry for the sheer size of it. Then i see that springfield is coming out with a xds45. States that its widest point would be a inch, which would be nice for a everyday carry summer gun. If they dont have a release date and some people are saying march, When do you think the stores will get them. So just wondering if you guys have any info, as it seems you fools seem to know ur chit when it comes to things like this. P.s. dont get a big head cause i said u know your chit.

They have a range there. You can go there pay I think 8 bucks and shoot. It is in the back of a semi trailer, but I know they have a range. Friends of mine took there ccw class and thats where they went to shoot.

Iam not a 100%,But I thought the fin would let you shoot befor you buy.

I was there and couldnt stay long got sick do to the heat. Gun prices were high i thought. I purchased a xdm 40 4 weeks ago at my local store for 549.00. Cheapest i saw there was 569.00. Been eyeing the lc9 local store has it for 319.00 with a free box of shells. Cheapest i saw it there was 339.00. But there was alot there and i would go back hopeing its not so hot in the again.

I have not used them personaly, but i do bussiness with for the company i work for, and they seem honest and know what there doing. Iam not sure what there labor rate is, it would be best to call. There is another place in mt vernon but i would not recommed them to you. If you do call tell them matt from midway told you to tell them to give you a good deal. lol

Mid-ohio is good in lexington. But if you dont want to tow it there check into Gates Auto truck in mt vernon. I can give you number and address if you need it.
