  1. If I get my tires or get my rear fixed I am in.
  2. I have had the Busa up 154mph on the GPS. I am afraid to get it going past that. One of my Contacts blew out of my eye with a helmet on.
  3. McLovin Obviously I see where you pic up your chics but they said a photo shoot and bikes. They didn't mention your woman & Mcdonalds!
  4. Mike, You going? I am coming up to check out the scenery.
  5. I am. I will be leaving about noon. Shoot me a pm.
  6. We are coming rain or shine. That is what Frogg Toggs are for.
  7. I may be in for this ride. I will be coming from the east side. I will let you guys know for sure as the week progresses to see if the weather will be ok.
  8. If you want a fun ride that isn't too far out of the way. Leave Quaker Steak & Lube in Valleyview and follow the canal all the way down to Akron. It takes you through Cuyahoga Valley National Park. I ride with a couple of Duc's through there and have a blast. Nice twisty road. It's one of the better roads in NeOhio.
  9. I may have a friend with me but but not sure yet. If you wanna ride down let me know.
  10. I am not on call but riding down on sunday. Any1 leaving neohio on sunday morning wanna meet up?
  11. I am riding down either day. Just gotta see if I am on call this weekend.
  12. North Coast Suspension Company. Talk to Andy Parks. He is on Aurora rd. The shop is about 1 mile west of the harley dealer right next to Hertz.
  13. Sorry I didn't meet up with you. I was parked in the back. We didn't stay long. Got a nice long ride in last night though. I will definately look for ya next week if your going.
  14. See ya there. Look for an 08 Busa.
  15. You think racking up the miles to southern ohio is bad try being dumb enough to make it from cleveland to the gap in 10 hours. I won't do that again. I mean it was fun once to do it but not again. Especially 2 up in the rain & dark. I couldn't have done it if it was 85 degrees. Would have been miserable. I agree stay the night.
  16. Arguing over the internet is like competing in the Special Olympics. Even if you win your still retarded!
  17. I rode 580 miles in 1 day from Cleveland to Deal's Gap with my wife on the back of a Hayabusa. I left at 2pm on Saturday and arrived at the gap at 12:45am. Talking about Baptism under fire I rode the Gap for the 1st time in the dark, rain, 2up & there was a rock slide about half way through.
  18. Does anyone have any ideas how I could lower the passenger pegs on my 2008 Hayabusa so my wife legs aren't cramped up?
  19. I had a Vista Cruise & a Cramp Buster. The $10 for the cramp buster was worth it. The Vista Cruise is ONLY for freeway driving or long stretches of open road. IMHO it isn't worth it. The Cramp Buster didn't allow you to take your hand off the throttle but you could lean against it with your palm & rest your fingers. For $30 buy one & try it out. Only you can judge if it was money well spent. One last idea is to buy an O ring from Caterpillar. They work just as well as the vista cruise. The hard part using it for me was the idea of the trying to disengage it at one of those last second efforts of trying to avoiding a wreck.
  20. For $30 it is ok. I had one on my SV650 and it never worked correctly but it worked. The downside of a throttle lock is when going up & down hills bike doesn't stay a constant speed. You have to keep fucking with it. If you spend another $70 you might as well buy a throttlemeister. Same problem but it isn't odd looking on your bike.
  21. I am in definately. I will ride wherever.

    Dragon's Tail

I am riding down with some friends the last week of may. Your invited to tag along if you want too. Need to check for a room though.
  23. I was in the USMC Reserves for 8 years. Our unit was a cold mountain survival warfare unit. I suggest PolyPro military underwear. It also draws the sweat off your body so when it gets warm you won't feel it. Important part is to hydrate if your on a long trip wearing these. Also Under Armour or the knock off competitor clothing would be perfect for wearing over the polypro underwear and these 2 in combination would make for a nice warm ride. Lastly get hood that football players wear under their helmets to keep your neck and chin warm.
