Counterpoint: I stopped in there yesterday on my way home to see if any of the VFR recalls had been done on my bike (wiring harness, PCV leak) and they already knew all about the VFR which I think isn't true for all shops. The mechanic guy was super nice. They said they already have the spare parts and I can bring it in any time this week. So I may temper my opinion a bit but I would still stay far away from their sales dept. There, my .02 cents

I had been riding some mild curves for about 20 minutes before hand. They feel sticky cold compared to my last tires, but a good reminder for my n00bishness. I'm going to do some more reading on the Michelin Pr1/Pr5 Anyone's experience or advice in this regard is greatly appreciated. I'm in my second riding season (ever) and have about 6k miles under my belt.
