  1. Jumped into a pond with flip flops on, got all muddy, then had to move the bike out of the driveway for someone. Put the muddy flip flop down and out my foot went. My friend dropped mine on his skills test too. Dang VFR is top heavy!
  2. I'll agree it's better, but not because it isn't a lol
  3. I must see this stunted Desmo you speak of
  4. Honda VFR, but if you aren't man enough for that bike the Speed Triple is ok I guess . . .
  5. I am not wearing a pink shirt. It was red, but I accidentally washed it with a white sock...
  6. ^ Maybe he forgot to color Bugs Bunny too . . . racist (lol jk)
  7. That thing looks pretty fun! More pics plz
  8. Welcome! The red/black color scheme looks mean.
  9. Haven't hit a bird yet . . . When riding with my G-Force car racing helmet the large gap in front of the chin caused a Moth to get blown up my chest and inside of my helmet. I swear it wanted to chew my eyes out, talk about panic . . .
  10. ^^ I like it but now it just reminds me of a new CBR600rr
  11. This will be my second season as well. Welcome! +1 for Newark and +1 for Smilies
  12. Trying to respond to the PM, getting a message that says You may only post 1 messages every 720 minutes
  13. PM sent. Got anything left?
  14. Well the Monster I rode was the baby one (696 I think) but it felt cheap. Very flickable but also very underpowered. I confess I haven't ridden an SV, but where nakeds are concerned even with more power I'm not crazy about the way the Duc is put together. It was even a bit underwhelming in the personality department. I liked the CB919, Zrx12, and Triple a lot more if we're comparing nakeds (that I have actually ridden). Other than that I can only make the comparisons from the reviews I've read (I check www.biketestusa.com every day, I can't help it). Maybe I just don't like air-cooled engines, I dunno.
  15. I started a thread on VFRWorld.com during my first summer of riding. I found all of the advice very helpful, especially being pretty new at the time. This board is a bit empty so putting this up here couldn't hurt! http://vfrworld.com/forums/riding-advice/17912-body-position.html
  16. Thanks for the heads up, I need a few things checked out and I'd rather not deal with the Honda powerstore over here I wonder what they think of coming out to Newark?
  17. Or the I3, twice the attitude and you'll stand out more
  18. Should I ever happen to go down again this is probably who I'll go to given all of the rave reviews. Sure beats a rattlecan lol
  19. Yeah don't do it if you have any choice at all. I mean, it's a Honda with PERSONALITY! That's a strange and magical combination.
  20. Just coordinate a few Northerners, it's worth the trip. I have a TZ-1 as well. I've stopped worrying about matching my bike, but that's just me. The A*s seem to fit those with a more European build and Joe Rocket seems to be built for those a bit thicker (especially in the shoulders). I tried on some Icon jackets too but my torso was too long. If you liked the way one A* fits you will probably like them all. My .02 cents
