Last year of the 636cc as far as I know. Undertail exhaust, they put all the goodies on it without uglying it up.

NADA says average retail is about $5,600. I don't remember what year your xb is but I'd consider that more than a fair trade. The 06 is just about the best year for the Kawi 600. With the current market I would expect a hard sell for anything more than $5k.

If you're considering the 955 sprint might as well look at VFR's too. Slightly more personality/exclusivity than an F4i. The FZ6 naked is awesome looking, but like you said the fairing/windshield is going to be nice on long trips. Full fairing, not as big of a deal. So I'd say Fz6 or VFR would be what I'd look for given your criteria.
