  1. I always end up getting mine from Tireexpress.com They are affiliated with competition accessories, except they aren't based in Ohio, so no tax. Free shipping $100+. They usually have pretty good package deals. I just keep an eye on them, and buy ahead of time, and store them in my garage.

I've learned, that once you Need the tire, it never seems to be on sale.

  2. I ride just to ride. I'm not sure I have a specific style of riding. I can adapt to, and am comfortable with almost any style.

I prefer group riding, and in groups, I almost always ride as far back as possible. I'll ride with the slowest person out there, just so they don't feel that "Urge" to push themselves to a dangerous/uncomfortable limit as they feel they have to Catch Up. I love hearing the engines, I love watching the bikes riding in formation, and leaning over through a curve, 1 by 1. I Hate seeing the wrecks, and the stupid "stunts" people do while in groups. It's dangerous to other riders. That's actually one of my goals for this year, to keep my own front end down when I'm with other people. It's just a safety, and respect for the group rider thing. (If you feel you Must do something, at least do it away from other riders) I'm sure a lot of people have either seen, or heard of some type of wreck that is the direct result of someone doing some type of "stunt" yeah, even burnouts. It just takes a split second for a random act of nature/god/fluke/pothole/sheep on the side of the road to cause an accident.

I also just love to turn on my music, and ride a few hundred miles by myself. Most times, I am speed limit +5 or 10. If I see a hawt chick, then I'll chase after, and ride her azz. I of course, have my high speed moments, and can be seen well above triple digits. Those times are becoming less and less as I get older though. No matter if I am in a group, or by myself, if I am riding more then 5 miles, I am in full gear.

It wasn't radio flyer that went down..Ok well he did wreck, but that was later in the day. I don't remember the guys name. It was This guy and bike that was from Dayton.

  3. In state, out of state..it's all the same to me. As long as my health is ok, and its no more then 500 miles away (1 way)...then I'm up for it.

I might have to pack my double sized sleeping bag, just in case one of those strippers happens to amazingly get tied up, gagged, and lost in my tent!

  4. Welcome to the site!

As the weather warms up, I occasionally head your direction. I generally go Around Urbana, but sometimes through it. You know any good roads out there?

As far as rides, like others have said, when the weather warms up a little more, there are rides pretty much every weekend, with the occasional one during the week.

    Have a great day!

  5. The club that meets there is call BUCKEYE BEEMERS and we meet there on sunday at about 9 am and talk bikes and eat. After breakfast some go for a ride and others just go alone. We are a laid back group, some bring there wife/girlfreind.also ther is some other bikers that meet there also .We don't care what you ride, BMW HONDA GOLDWIND HARLEY, BOSS HOSS, as all BMW owners are freinds of all bikers. Stop and visit if you want.

    I'm a late replier..but oh well.

Just wondering how long of rides you guys usually go on? If I'm waking up in time to be there that early, I wanna make sure it's not just a ride across the street to the Harley dealership!

If it's a decent length, then I'll start making it over there. I can also meet up with any Marysville, Ostrander, and Delaware folks for the ride there.

  6. I have that weekend off (and any other date you change it too), so I should be in for this.

I don't have a tent yet, but will start looking. Anyone know a very easy to set up/take down tent they would recommend?

If we're planning on actually cooking at a campfire and stuff...would it be easier if we do a potluck type of thing? Just seems like it might be easier. I know both Bens have plenty of room to pack whatever, just throwing out an idea to help those with less room.

    :busa:

  7. As long as Ben shows up on a bike and you come as well I will get you handled. That is a little different situation.

If two Ben's show up on different bikes, will you be handling her twice?

That sounds like a very different situation...just like what a fetish dvd is made of!

  8. Happy new year!

Its a beautiful day to ride! And by beautiful, I mean no ice/snow!

Its a bunch of Harley guys here right now. Its pretty busy though.

Advance notice: It's just a breakfast bar for $12. That's all they have. I thought I heard someone say burritos! I was sad... But the food tastes great!

The polar bear pin still says ad farrow on it..

  9. I'm just getting back in. I put on 200-250 miles today. Was a great day to ride. Would have been out longer, but still having some side effects that was starting to risk my safety. Now I'm home.. Resting up.. With another possible ride later if side effects go away.

Never did hear where my cookies were going to be... So I came home cookieless! The horror, I know!
