HOA liens are a bitch. So far I've only had two issues with my neighbors, the one on my right (facing the house) had a penchant for mowing big half-circles in my lawn until I politely reminded him where the property line was. No more issue. The one on my left was harboring a fugitive boyfriend for a while, I know this from a knock on my door at 7:30AM from a guy in a tac vest with a shotgun holding a picture of the dude, then seeing 3 unmarked Crown Vic's on the street. The previous day, the dude himself was at my house trying to sell stuff he stole from her place, although I didn't connect the dots at the time. I politely reminded that neighbor that I am well armed and will not hesitate to put 2 into any dumbass that decides to try any shit at my house. Problems solved.

They've been doing that shit for years. I'd love to see an administrator boneheaded enough to attempt to enforce it.

Looks like the melting point of Sb5, ASTM95TA solder is 235/240 degrees C, which should be plenty for a radiator. Melting point of regular solder is about 190 degrees C, this other stuff is normally used for high-temp applications like this. /edit Or welding, welding's good too...
