  1. I would say it's nice but I had already hit my eyes with a hammer, so how would I know?
  2. And knowing's half the battle? Put me down as definitely maybe. Things are still a little fluid here in Virginia, but I hope to be on the road sometime tomorrow.
  3. Announcer: You're watching Channel 4 News with five-time Emmy award-winning anchor Ron Burgundy and Tits McGee. Veronica Corningstone: Good evening, San Diego. I'm Veronica Corningstone. Tits McGee is on vacation. Ron Burgundy: And I'm Tits... I'm Ron Burgundy.
  4. it's a damn sight better than jog or hog...
  5. I'm in. Yota, can you float me until I see you there since I'm still in VA? I's good for it, just ask Jagr.
  6. like the entire winter? Nice ride man. I see the rear cowl, did someone chop the rear pegs or was it like that?
  7. she's got nice, umm, tracts of land.
  8. Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? Hey, I resemble that remark...
  9. The SE. or "special" edition, gives you a happy ending when you get to your destination.
  10. Try touching the very top bar when on a route. It works on my nuvi 780. It won't do all the directions at once, you'll have about 3 at a time on the page, but I think it's what she's after.
  11. For you not only am I Pablo, but I'll cook you a hell of a burrito.
  12. With TomTom or Garmin (can't speak for others as I don't know) you get a free complete map update as soon as you buy the unit to account for changes made while on the shelf. After that's you're on your own. The pricing model, IMHO, isn't that far off from razor/razor blades; the hardware is cheap but the maps to keep it accurate aren't. I guess to properly answer your question, if there is new stuff that's been built that you absolutely have to have on your GPS, then you may want to update. Only problem is, there's no guarantee that the thing you want will make it on the update you buy. When I had the TomTom in Europe, the factory that I was going to wasn't on the GPS. I was able to get really close to it, then figure out the rest from there. Once I'm there, just mark the location and it's easy-peasy from then on.
  13. You say the lights are on, are they nice and bright? Do they dim when you attempt to hit the starter? Drained batteries are really tough to figure out, almost random stuff starts to happen.
  14. She looks like she'd be a wild one in bed, but on the other hand maintenance fees look to be somewhere between recent Powerball winner and the Sultan of Brunei.
  15. I stand corrected. Hopefully it'll find its way to my Blackberry, I really don't want to shell out the $250 for Garmin's China and Australia maps.
  16. Which doesn't do turn-by-turn directions. Don't get me wrong, Google Maps Mobile busted me out of many a jam, but it's not exactly apples to apples.
  17. So the first time you use it is all awkward and you're at your destination in less than a minute? Just picked up a Garmin 780 from Newegg. I just so happen to have used a TomTom for 2.5 weeks in Europe, I'd say the interfaces are equally easy to use. I will say this, if your phone has Bluetooth for frak's sake get a Bluetooth enabled GPS. Being able to walk in the car and automagically having a speakerphone with contacts right there is really awesome.
  18. Who has two thumbs and called the shit out of that? BOB KELSO!
  19. I don't think it was professional, and I'd have to go with option B. Although she did do the mambo right on my back, that was a very interesting feeling. Yota, you just want to meet me there?
  20. Ah, you know just how I like it, even better than the Thai massage I got in Prague...
  21. I had this cunning plan last night, only take a little hour nap then go out with Casper and the gang. When I next looked at the alarm clock, it was 4:15AM. I'll buy you a redbull/vodka, you'll have a second wind in no time.
  22. Give me 30 to get cleaned up and I'll give you a call.
