  2. the F's are better. Like French toast, or Fuck off.
  3. Oh, you mean like a K1000 that has it's ass so high up in the air you can use it's tail as a headrest?
  4. Dibs on January! That's my birfday!
  5. It has been decided, I'm going to Stockholm. Sweden's a little harder to get to than Belgium, and since I have more options geographically in Belgium then i do in Sweden, I would want to spend a lot more time there which I can't do now. Thanks everyone for the insight!

    Vacation Ideas

I LOVE Arizona. I have to fly into Tucson a lot for work, and had a chance to rock out there fora few days when a big ass snowstorm in Chicago stranded me. Got to see the Pima air and space museum, the Titan missile museum, went around the city some, it was a blast. I can imagine that going further north it's even more fun, espeically in winter when the temps are bearable. I have to drive from Tucson to the US/Mex border (2 hours, and you blow right through the middle of Tombstone), and canyon carving through those hills would be a BLAST on a bike.

does this post come with eye bleach?
  9. You saw Sharam? I love their 80's remixes. I'm tied up in Wheeling this week, but I expect a full report! Someone bust out the glowstick flailers for me!
  10. Interesting points. Sounds like Belgium is winning. Not possible, not enough time. I MAY be able to squeeze out one more day by pushing the other deployment back, but either way it won't be enough time.
  11. Interesting. The place would be Seneffe, due south from Brussels. In Sweden the place is due east from Stockholm.
  12. Which would you choose, Belgium or Sweden? Here's the catch, you'll be there for work for a week (arrive Monday, fly out Friday/Sat), but the work shouldn't take more than 3 days. It can't be extended since I have another deployment to do the week after it. Distance to major cities (Brussels and Stockholm) is almost a complete wash, maps.google has them at 32 and 36 minutes travel time. So which is it?
  13. I'll be in sunny Shadyside, OH, just south of Wheeling. Sorry PJ, you'll have to draw on someone else's bike this week.
  14. Damn, that really blows about the title. Good to hear you finally have it in hand.

I got the majority of the little stuff I wanted to do to it done, already changed all fluids, new front rotors (left one was warped when I got it), new tires (rear had a HUGE flat spot), stainless lines front/rear, new brake pads, Pazzo shorty levers and Progrip grips. My only thing this winter is to figure out what I'm going to do about plastics, the front cowl is all fux0red, tabs broken, fitment issues, the works. If I can get a decent OEM replacement for that and the right ram air cover, I'll have Paul (attackpainter) repaint it. If I can't, I'll try for the aftermarket ebay fairing sets. Either way, it's going to be a spicy meatball. :) I thought about the gear indicator too, that sounds like a decent mod.

You need any help with the brake pads or just finding a place to wrench, let me know. I've accumulated a decent tool set with both bikes, and brake pads are ridiculously easy to change.

  15. Wow, seriously? What ended up being the problem?? Yeah, I snagged the CBR in July and absolutely love it. It's the kind of bike I wanted to begin with but was too scared to buy. Now that I have some riding seasons under my belt, I have a lot more confidence with it.

    You planning any winter projects?

  16. Haven't seen you around in a while, how's the 636 treating you?

  17. No, I've never had a Chinese Hummer. You ever been to a Turkish prison?
  18. he said rape twice, I guess he really must like rape.
  19. If I recall, that's what it was originally. Jason made a few mods to get it back to street-legal (headlights, so on). It's a good bike, Jason did a lot of work on it. Cheating on Gemma already, eh? Take it from an Italian, our women don't react well to competition...
  20. A big problem with alcoholics is getting more alcohol. If you have an bottle of vodka there, that solves that problem too. Sorry to hear about that stuff Dave. Women be crazy...
  21. More people would do it if there was punch and pie.
  22. So where are we going tonight again? I'm probably going to hit up the KoC.
  23. Have her bathed and brought to my bedchamber...
  24. So where the hell are we going tonight?!
