  1. saws and cutters are the easy part, it's wind-tunnel testing the design that's going to be the tricky part...
  2. what's wrong with the backyard of the shop?
  3. Besides buying a membership, they have no method for determining that "you're been here X amount of times, you don't have to watch the video." On top of that, how much useful information did you manage to absorb and put into practice from videos you were forced to watch in school? I don't like being treated like a schoolkid, I like being treated like an adult. I can understand from their point of view that noobsauces like yourself can't be trusted with doing their own research, but there's a right way and a wrong way to safeguard against that.
  4. They are also on my banned list. They were complete dicks to my girlfriend who had never shot so much as a BB gun before. Lots of hard selling. Also not a fan of the video.
  5. napalm, to be sure. All that technology and they are using shit beer. The dispenser aside (and it is cool), I find it interesting they have to keep adding little gimmicks peripheral to the beer in order to keep the marketing fresh. You don't see Sam Adams putting a "vortex" on its Boston Lager, or having the portrait change color when it's at a certain temperature.
  6. what laws did he, personally, break?

It comes down to coddling. I've never met the guy, but it seems to me that Pryor has the same issues that LeBron has, everyone's always been so eager to have him as a friend or have him around that they won't tell him no. Once you develop that kind of attitude then it becomes second nature to the person that they can do anything the hell they want and who's going to stop them? He's Terrelle friggin Pryor, the hero QB for the most popular team in Columbus! Only difference here is that Pryor couldn't enter the NFL as a HS grad.

If they don't get it overturned (and after the bullshit Cam Newton thing, they've got a pretty good case), Pryor's missing 5 games is going to kill his professional chances, he's going pro. Book it, done.

So what about the myriad other sports that OSU competes in? Should those students be paid too? They are putting in the same amount of effort, balancing school/sports just like the football players. How about the sports that the football program subsidizes by their revenue stream? Are you in favor of cutting those programs just to enrich a chosen few who are already getting a completely free college education? Who gets paid and who doesn't? As for the piece of paper, its value is only as good as the person holding it. The education leading up to it, it can be argued, is the part that's valuable.

News flash: Colleges cost money. For an Ohio resident, you can expect to pay $20,000 per year of full-time college, for a non-resident (as Pryor is) that number turns to $34,000. So, we have $34,000 time 5 years of elibigility = $170,000, plus stipends that are supplied by the college, and that person gets a free diploma while tens of thousands of other kids take on high 5 to low 6 figures worth of loans just to get the same piece of paper. Nope, no financial benefit at all.
  13. you just keep pickin' there pardner. Truth be told, I didn't get my name from Cheech and Chong, it's an nickname from college.
  14. I was wondering when someone would make a Busa joke and pluck the low-hanging fruit. Figures it would be a Mexican.
  15. nope, however your lease is still active, I noticed you haven't been seeing any "clients" recently. Too bad.
  16. I want this gone. If you want to make a charitable donation for some of this stuff in the form of beer, spare parts for a 2003 600RR, or money, then good on you. Maxxis takeoffs for a 600rr: 120/70-17 front, good tread 180/55-17 rear, major wear in center Seat for a 98-06 Suzuki Katana, bought this off a wrecked bike, large painted on white writing from the chop shop. Completely functional, no rips or tears. Solid wood table, OLD. Legs come off and are currently detached. Two leaves that stow inside the table. This needs some love, but it'll stand on it's own.
