  1. Yeah, I wish it was said it was Jr level I'd never have called, oh well was a nice dream.
  2. It is a Jr position FYI for anyone looking, definitely not for me having 15yrs working in IT.
  3. Hmmm I might call on this I have nothing holding me at home.
  4. At 100K on E46's you might as well count on replacing the entire cooling system just to be safe, doing it yourself is around $400-500 in parts and your time getting it done is around $1500ish. Some people complain of the ac compressor going out but I never had any issues with mine. I had a 06 325ci and sold it at 110K but never really had any issues outside of the cooling system (which I replaced as precaution).

I'll say I speed a lot in VA but living here pretty much my entire life I know where the traps and such are so I maintain speed in those areas.

Why wouldn't you be able to? Serious question..... It's not radar or laser detector which are banned there just a social nav app. I run mine all the time.

Dunno i asked the same thing to a VA cop and was told they can. Now let me say I know it is required and fully accept tickets for it but I have been pulled in MD 4 times and gotten a warning everytime, Its just lame to have a metermaid do that crap.

VA sucks for tickets... I live in MD and drive in VA often, just this past Saturday I was at a beer festival and parked my car, no less than 30 mins after I parked a VA meter maid had written me a ticket for no front plate.... Assholes.
  9. Cofba talk about memories.... If I was still local you'd be the only one I'd trust to tune. Any chance you're going to try Germans?
  10. Tacoma doesn't have a v8 option never has.
  11. It's a small displacement V8, BMW NA motors like the S65 and S85 were never torque monsters.
  12. M3's are high revving monsters they don't have that down low punch most are used to (this is for the older NA motors) not sure on the newer turbo motors as I've yet to drive one. I would say buy it based on that statement that someone drove it over a curb etc... Honestly after taking a car I owned to carmax and how in depth their process was I'm shocked they didn't fix that before listing it.
  13. I dig em then again I have the lowly younger brother of it the 335is with the DCT. I'd love a competition package M3 but they are not terribly common and sell fast or are priced high when I looked.
  14. I have an extang soft snap tonneau on my truck and I like it, I just hate snapping it in and off in the cold as it's a bitch to re snap. If I did it again or get another truck I'd get a tri fold soft one, the hard ones are nice for security but limit the truck aspect IMO.
  15. Networking is key. I got my current gig through a recruiter.
  16. The heaters in them are overkill so a softtop would be a non issue, my grandfather owned a 97 for years and he lives in CT.
  17. I always just used my suction cup mount on the side of the headlight. I'm impressed you had enough room on sportbike bars to mount a x grip.

    Quick jack

It doesn't go in the middle so don't see why not. It uses the jacking points of your car, and in the highest position it has around 15 inches or so I'd guess.

    Quick jack

Used them today to change the coolant in my 335is, not a great video but it does the job, took one of it going down and one of it going up. The blue towels are there because the connections leak a little but someone on another forum has found better ones so I think I'm going to get those. The safety bars don't stay up either so I use a piece of velcro on both of them to hold them up when I am putting the car down. They feel plenty safe to me and I was under the car on a creeper for an hour or so today. Going up. Going down.
  20. Honestly that doesn't sound horrible. You could see if you have drafts from Windows and doors like Joe said, but outside of that nor much else I can think of, especially with a rental.
  21. 130 sounds cheap as hell how many rooms and sqft? Hell in the prime of winter in a 4bdrm 2000sqft home I've seen 500 plus bills.
  22. Navy Fed does that, you get approved for say 25K you get a blank check in the mail and can spend up to 25K. I prefer to use credit unions for loans, they almost always have the lowest rates. I've used both NavyFed and Penfed.
