Does the civic have z3 fenders? :marc:
Nice place I'd love a place like that but not sure I could convince the wife to drive an hour or more to and from work...
No way it can lift your truck but the wife's ride and your 7 it can. Its not cheap, cheaper than a full lift but it suits my needs well, Summit had it for $1200 free shipping.
That's pretty much my plans with it, never intend to be crawling under it for hours doing exhaust or trans work. I did swap my trans out of my old ws6 many a time on regular old jack stands though.
I don't understand these comments. It's the same as 4 jack stands holding up your car, what's different?
I looked at the max jax but we're moving soon and likely renting so no way I could drill into a rented property floor to use it so this was the next best thing.
I'll take some pics when I use it. They do have different rubber blocks that may alow it to work for you. I don't think the unit collapsed is all that tall, maybe 2inches, I'll try to get perspective and have a tape measure handy.
They are rated at 5K so most FS SUV's and trucks are too heavy, hell most CUV's as well.
If you own a BMW 3 series or similar its perfect for an 8ft ceiling height garage IMO.
You can always place stands as a backup if you're that skeered.
Anyone have one of these yet? I just got mine today after ordering it in early October, why it took so long I have no clue. If there was a suitable competitor I would've canceled my order and went a other route. . I haven't set it up yet but do plan to use it this weekend to do a brake fluid flush.
I bought the 5000lb model.

Yeah I wouldn't buy one without it, we lucked out finding this one used and with low miles and cheaper than new so we picked it up instead of ordering new. It isn't often to find one of the used market with the M package either.
She says she's seeing around 21 to/from work which is in traffic so not bad but not great.
Older pics but here is an album also since it was detialed this past weekend.

Launch control demo...
Don't know I'll ask her but it's rated at 19 city 25 Highway I think. She might be getting 23 or 24, I barely drive it as I have my own car and it's new to her haha
We're going to Pittsburgh this weekend so I'll report back on Highway mileage as well.
The M package really makes the car ride so much better. I also have a 335is so this complements nicely.
She upgraded from an 06 325ci
'14 Xdrive35i X3 used with 9300 miles on it M sport package and otherwise loaded. Not a huge fan of white cars or light interiors but it is growing on me, and it moves decently with the turbo 6 in it.

Nice ride, specs?
I owned two 93 sentra ser's great commuters and pretty stout stock, too bad it's pretty hard to find a stock good condition one these days.
