Coming from someone that learned the hard way about making stupid financial decisions (racking up almost 30k in CC and other misc debt by the time i was 20). This is a stupid, stupid idea. You will go and spend all your money, come back, be poor and then you will repeat the same vicious cycle over and over again. Not trying to be a dick but from reading this post as well as some of the others you've started on here, you should probably sit down and think this out a little more....
  3. Shut up FILL, you're drunk
  4. I know that I passed some sort of hang out of theirs somewhere around New Lexington, sign looked creepy
  5. Ones completely dead, the others one is on its way. I'd imagine probably 3 quarts not sure what that 8.8 calls for... Two window motors, and a pitman arm, and it needs the rear sliding window replaced. Can't complain too much, picked the truck up for under $2,000 and it's only got 70k miles on it
  6. 2x window motors, pitman arm, 75w140 gear oil - 97' F150 XLT 4.2L

  8. Haven't gotten around to it, but I do have another order for you for my truck!
  9. What's the return/replacement policy like on gearwrench any idea?
  10. Meh, I do understand specialty tools may be needed. Germans like to be "unique"
  11. Location? I know someone looking for a forklift position, certified on pallet jacks, and stand up/sit down lifts. P.S. do you even lift bro? :dumb:
  12. Word, I'm still looking into other options I just love the looks of the c300. I'm about 4-5 months out on buying another car since I just invested in the house mod. Luckily my father who has been a mechanic for 40 some years is donating a hefty supply of craftsman tools so maintain whatever vehicle I buy next isnt a huge concern. I don't mind turning my own wrenches. Thanks for the input, going to look into a3/a4s as well
  13. So near winter I'm going to jump head first into my mustang build and now I'm looking for a comfy daily. I've become pretty fond of the 08' and newer Mercedes C300's. Has anyone ever owned one or had any experience with them? Trying to decide if I should stay away or not. I'm looking for something quiet, slow, awd and comfortable.
  14. Yeah I was going to check out the champions but not really too keen on spending that kind of bread for a plugs on a stock motor
  15. Cool deal, thanks for the info sir
  16. Pretty sure I'm going to order the lisle plug tool just in case and the ht1s. What shop are you at though and what kind of dollar bills are we looking at?
  17. Find a tough book.. Not sure what they're going for these days but those are as durable as it gets
  18. Anyone have any experience with changing plugs on these? Looks like a nightmare waiting to happen as ford uses a 2 piece plug and apparently carbon build up can cause them to pull apart at the ground shield and threads... Also does anyone know of a single piece plug for these? Champion makes one but I'm not really trying to spend $12/plug on a stock motor *edit* Car is an 06 mustang 3v
  19. Pretty sure that's his wifes car
  20. You should of probably asked if anyone was interested.... :dumb:
  21. Stop wasting space on CR's server with all these dumb posts... :dumb:
