    diets

My experience; I went from being very inactive to slacking at the gym. Over a period of 3 months I lost 34lbs and still dropping. I cut out sodas, junk food and stopped eating carry out/fast food (I have eaten carry out twice in the past 4 months) and I've upped my water intake considerably. I started off counting calories at first and tried to stay between 1200-1600 calories a day and got tired of it. I stopped counting my calories and made sure to make better eating decisions. I still eat carbs (although I try to keep them on the low side), lots of lean meats like chicken and fish but that has been easy as I have never really eaten a lot of red meats to begin with. I was initially hitting the gym 3-4 times a week for anywhere from 30-60 minutes a visit and I would usually only hit stationary bikes as I hate running. I've recently started doing more supplements now that I'm feeling better and able to work harder in the gym (4 days a week, 2 times a day). Previous to dropping 34lbs I tried just about every "quick" diet scam in the book and they don't work. You'll have to get off of your ass at some point to make anything happen because its neither quick or easy.

  9. I'd like to cut down to 180-190lbs, get relatively toned and then start bulking up to 225-235
  10. Anyone on here that would be willing to work with me to figure out a good routine/schedule? I've been getting pretty serious with fitness over the past 4 months. I started off the first month kind of lazy but over the last 3 months I've been seeing pretty good results. I started out at 274.4 which is the heaviest I've ever been and I'm now sitting at 243.2. I've been doing a lot of cardio. Five days a week, two times a day and I try to keep my calorie intake between 1200 and 1600/day (mainly lean meats, low carbs, cut out all the sugary crap food, etc) I seem to be having a pretty hard time coming up with an efficient weight training routine, a good part of that is because I don't really know where to start.

    New toy

I've been wanting to get more into the hobby, further than just hand guns anyway. So after firing a few AR's including the bushmaster with the poly lower I picked up a stag arms model 1. http://www.mrhobbz.com/CAM00065.jpg http://www.mrhobbz.com/CAM00066.jpg http://www.mrhobbz.com/CAM00068.jpg I've been practicing breaking it down to get more familiar with it. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to buy magazines/what a fair price is for AR15 magazines?
  18. As the topic suggests, I am looking for a coolant crossover pipe, thermostat housing, upper and lower radiator hoses from an 07-09 GT. I am putting my turbo build together and need to get that awful mess out of the way on my 06'
  19. I have a pioneer that does mp3 & wma cd's and I'm pretty sure it has an aux in on the back. It's packed away in my basement right now but I can dig it out and give you the exact model # and what not. You can have it for zero doll hairs
  20. If your phone has an IR blaster you can pretty much use any IR receiver on your "media" pc. Most newer phones do have IR transmitters on them now (although I'm not sure on the S4)
  21. steelseries siberia v2's, the logitech g35's are what i use currently and are 7.1 and are awesome for the price (come in both wireless and wired) *edit* didn't notice the PS4 gayness. PS4 is for nerds. :gabe:
  22. I was lucky enough to inherit a lot of old craftsman tools from my father, but I've bought several of the harbor freight pittsburg brand wrenches/sockets and other odds and ends and haven't had any problems out of them yet, all of my ratchets and torque wrenches are all 1960's-1980's craftsman stuff. The pittsburg tools at harbor freight have lifetime warranties but I have no idea if you can just take them into the store or not, HF's torque wrenches are junk though.
