Dunno about that. There's A LOT of broken, high price shit on this one. Magnesium roof is screwed, wheels, $20,000 brakes, carbon fiber is gone on the fenders, floor pans, etc. Who knows what the forward frame rails look like. If someone did fix it, it'd NEVER drive the same ever again.

They say that it isn't a roadworthy thing. But it is as well as stolen parts. They harassed my buddy for having a rear tire near the wear bars. The state rules say it's not a safety inspection, but when you go in to the facility, the placard on the wall says the inspection will be terminated if the vehicle cannot pass a basic safety inspection. They do no specify what is basic.

Ignore the haters, it's not a perfect gun, but it's fun to shoot with and Hi-Point is based out of Mansfield, Ohio and they have great customer service. I picked up a Hi-Point Carbine a few years ago in 9mm and it's such a fun gun just to dick around with at the range. Hasn't jammed yet for me and I've gotten 800 rounds through it.

I've done 550 miles in one day between Dayton and Coshocton and riding around on Ctowns roads. So 770 doesn't seem too out of line considering how much further BikerBoy had to travel to get to Dayton and back.
