  1. Hawt. But for that price you could step up to a 1098.
  2. First rule of Italian riding. What'sa behind you is no importa. Goes for mirrors and women.
  3. Agreed. I treat my Aprilia like shit and she keeps goi...oh wait. Oops.
  4. Ducati's are reliable, just a little higher maintenance and cost. The Triumph is a badass bike, it's won the Masterbike competition two years in a row. I wanted one before stumbling onto the Aprilia.
  5. They are also still stupid expensive. I haven't seen any below $9000 yet. I've been looking.
  6. This. Do it. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/mcy/1736469619.html Then put the extra cash towards maintenance, hookers, and blow. EDIT: Damn, just read 2008 or newer. Yeah, go with a Triumph Daytona 675.
  7. Neither do I. Chlorine for the gene pool.
  8. Hello Lady. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVZ-Zmgzneg
  9. Variety is the spice of life. Lets make it spicier. Lol, a CBR1K streetfighter would be pretty baller. But I can see some crazy wheelies happening when it hits peak torque in 2nd gear and you're doing 100+. The rearward weight bias due to lifting the bars and shifting your weight back really changes things. Makes for good fun. Did it to my Aprilia once.
  10. Welcome! Buy one of these, streetfightering done. Triumph Speed Triple 1050

    boycott BP?

As drastic as losing oil production from a company that fuels the tractors, that harvest the grain, that gets put on trucks which are fueled by BP as well, to deliver to your supermarket which is run on electricity produced using BP fuels, so that you can drive your car (run on BP) to purchase food, to feed your family? It's all engrained. Besides, no way in hell I'm using Speedway fuels in any of my machines. I'd rather pour straight water into the tanks.

    proud poppa

Congrats! Now go shove them into college.
  13. Primarily a DD. But I've been known to thrash on it at the tracks. New trans coming soon, then forced induction and a new diff. Gonna be a fun year.
  14. If only you knew. I'm proud of that little Tremec. Made it 101,101 miles before finally locking up in grand fashion while going sideways with smoke rolling off the rears. That trans has seen over 120 dragstrip passes, countless auto-x runs, and powershifting at least once a day. I play hard...
  15. Because Channel 2 is located less than a mile from Southside and they were too lazy to actually go to Beaverditch.
  16. Ducati 848/1098 Aprilia RSV1000 MV Augusta F4 1000 KTM Super Duke
  17. Just an FYI. Those are cast Brembo wheels, not Marchesini. Can I get some pics of the Aprilia front stand? May be interested. Thanks
  18. My crackling noise is factory and I'll tell them that then prove it in court. It's called EDFC. (Engine Deceleration Fuel Cutoff) It's integrated into the ECU to save fuel.
  19. Nick, next time someone asks you if that's a 1400, respond with, "Nah, it's a 1365 (or whatever it is) and see their reaction.
  20. That's what hooked me on mine. My first test ride on it was in the Hocking Hills area where the guy lived. i knew right then and there I wanted it. Apparently it showed because I came back from my ride with a huge shit-eating grin and the first thing out of his mouth was, "I'll go sign the title"
