    Saw this on the news the other day.

    From NBC4:

    COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A COTA driver is cited for running a red light after the bus and a box truck crash in a Downtown intersection Wednesday.

    A 2011 Konica Minolta box truck and a COTA bus crashed in the intersection of North 4th Street and East Nationwide Boulevard at about 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

    The COTA bus also hit a sign and a tree before coming to a stop.

    Columbus police first told NBC4 the box-truck driver, 29-year-old James Harper, was cited for a red-light violation.

    Video from inside the bus shows the COTA bus running a red light. The in-bus video was released late Wednesday. You can watch the in-bus video in the player above.

    On Thursday, COTA told NBC4 the bus driver, 38-year-old Joslyn Jordon, actually was cited for running a red light.

    COTA told NBC4 Jordon has more than 12 years of experience.

    Six people were on the bus at the time of the crash.

    Five people, including the bus driver, were transported to Grant Medical Center in stable condition.

    I thought I got a text earlier today that said she was getting 4 years in

    prison for lying to investigators??

    After checking that link it looks like they are counting the 3 years she has already served towards the 4.

    Thats why I said for time served. She got four years for lying. She has served about three years already so they counted that towards her sentence. Then they took off the rest for good behavior.

    Little girls die all time. Its not fair or right but it happens. Just so happens the media jumped on this got the coutry's emotions wrapped into it. It'd be nice to see people take the emotions they feel right now and put them to good use and stand up to child abuse and the such. Instead we react to the after math and say it was so bad what happened to the little girl. Not saying she was a used before she died but how many kids are abused, people do nothing and then they are raped and/or killed? Then all of a sudden people notice.
