Grammar is important! Capital letters are the difference betwen helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your uncle jack off a horse.

I came across one of these videos the other day. His name is Shane Koyczan and is a Canadian writer/poet. I thought he was really good. Not sure if anyone else would be interested but thought I'd post it up anyways.

Snakes are great animals. Just don't confuse them with this. It's not a snake but a legless lizard.

Damn. Glad it was on .22 and not something larger that could have done some serious damage. I had an M2 .50 that kept doing that. Sucked trying to get those shells out of the barrel.

How did he get it up there, that is my question.
You never backed a truck up to a hill to load a bike?
-
well, he pulled him over for no front plate. yet said he saw him without his belt while he was driving, even though it was on when he walked up... didn't get the ticket for no plate though.
Well if he pulled him over for the plate, then that would be reason enough. He chose to cite for the belt and not the plate. My guess anyways.

Did some research. According to this site, Ohio has secondary seatbelt laws .
Secondary seat belt laws state that law enforcement officers may issue a ticket for not wearing a seat belt only when there is another citable traffic infraction.http://www.ghsa.org/html/stateinfo/laws/seatbelt_laws.html

I thought they changed it to where that is enough to pull you over andcite you

He only got pulled over cuz he didn't have an orange flag on the back.

bullshit. If they have a cell phone, they are choosing their cell phone over feeding their family. If they have cable, they are choosing cable over feeding their family. If they have a car worth more than $10,000 they are choosing some sort of luxury over feeding their family.
There are a lot of "poor" people who have a ridiculous amount of non-essential luxury items ranging from designer clothes, to 22" rims, to gold goddamn teeth.
I will publicly offer up my services to any "poor" family feeling the pinch from gas prices. First we'll review their spending and see where they can find more money to pay for gas. If they're actually being fiscally intelligent, I will personally drive them to and from work on a daily basis. I would be shocked if I end up giving anyone a ride.
I wouldn't say cell phone. Many, like myself, don't have home phones. Not having one can really screw you over. Now if you have a smartphone with all the extras on the plan, than yeah you could say that.

Sorry for the couple hours the site was closed. I was testing the sync and failover. There were a few bugs, but I'll get them worked out. All in all, it was pretty smooth. I did find out, however, that you all freaking CRUSHED the backup box. There were 40 or so people who just kept hitting refresh. Definitely need something a bit more powerful. CPU loads were in the 60.XX range. LOL
Well thanks for bearing with me on this. If I get this this to work smoothly, we won't have anymore outages.
Guilty on the refresh button. Lmao

I carry a Glock 19 in a Blackhawk (level 2) holster. It has on the belt or inside the belt adapatability, is sturdy and affordable.
I use this when I open carry.

My bike gets about 40mpg and the car gets 23.8mpg.
I have FuelLog on my phone and you input your odometer, fuel volume, and volume price and it figures a bunch of stuff out for you. For instance, on average it costs me 14 cents per mile, 7.11mi per dollar, average of $199.29 per month and and average of 17.239 per year. Pretty cool app actually.

Everybody is full of the political jokes right now.

'The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.' G. K. Chesterton
A people that values its privileges above its principles will soon lose both.
"Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not..." - Thomas Jefferson.
I love these quotes.

so dinosaurs lay eggs..... like chickens...... and the first dinosaur came from where ??? an egg maybe..... which was laid by ?????
...and God said let there be dinosaurs.
-
clicked on page 3 and scrolled down real fast so that I wouldn't see other's answers.
I would say the States came first. They then joined as the UNITED STATES .
Now, the real question to mull over is chicken or egg.... can't have one without the other...so which came first if that is even possible.
Egg. You did not specify if it was a chicken egg. Dinosaurs laid eggs therefore the egg came first.

He was one of the recruiters in Newark when I joined the Army in 2003. Went to National Trails with him and some other recruits. I also ran into him a few times at the Hartford Fair after basic training. He was a really good guy and I'm honored to have know him. It saddens me and pisses me off when this kind of thing happens to someone I knew. Stand down SFC Hughes, your mission is complete. Rest In Peace Brother.
