People say they will never drink and drive and it happens every day. The same is expected of guns where alcohol is served.

Who said you could not own a gun? Reasonable effective regulations that keep guns out of the hands of potentially dangerous people, felons and kids doesn't take your gun away unless you are one of them. You are either for those kinds of people having guns or believe we can save some lives if it is harder for them to get them.

As a matter of fact it is against both the US Constitution and Ohio law to take all your guns away. Regulations are not confiscation.

200,000 permit holders (AG of OH) in Ohio out of 11 million people (population in OH) = less than 2% want to get a permit to carry everywhere.

Murders have not increased in countries that have passed laws. When they say crime went up what kind of crimes are they talking about? Theft? Burglary?

The number of murders in other countries is very small compared to ours.

Many of us don't think it is normal to walk around with a weapon on you at all times because of unfounded fears.

Okay, 6. But thinking of home defense, personally I would want as many rounds as I can have. For all I know 2 or three guys could break in my house. Sure I am out numbered but I will go down fighting. One shot to the head on each would be perfect but that will never happen. That's just my 2 cents.

Get a 9mm or .40 full size. Like a Glock or Smith and Wesson. If this is for home defense don't get a compact. IMO you want as many rounds as possible.

Edit. The Judge only holds about 4 rounds IIRC, I'd want something with more in it. Could be multiple bad guys or you could miss. Worst case scenario type deal.

If youve never been then walk the strip. Catch a few shows such as the Cirque de Solei. Not my cup of tea since I always walk into vegas a single bachelor.

I normally hit up the clubs. XS is awesome, (more) expensive bottle service. You wont get into haze if you dont have TMZ following you around. They only let in hot girls. Tryst at Encore is nice too. Body English on sundays at the hard rock are amazing...not too snobbish so you can get in. Go to the pools on sunday. Eye candy GALORE! Rehab at the Hard Rock is one of the best.

Craps at the Monte Carlo is cheap. Black jack at sahara is also cheap. The BEST buffet in Vegas is the M, which is off strip, but well worth it. MGM has one of the better poker rooms.

Dont ever pay for drinks in vegas. Try not to pay for food. This only works if youre a gambler.

I was stationed 3.5 hrs from Vegas and used to go religiously. Now I try to go every 6 months or so.

Have fun. Leave your morals at home. Run with deep pockets, or make some money there. Dont catch anything you cant cure with a creme or pill.

My wife is talking to someone that does this. I have heard of renting to own but know nothing about it. Has anyone here bought a home like this? Anyone do this for a living? I don't want to get sucked into a bad situation but I hate the apartment I live in now.

Depending on your style, hit up Toby Keith's Bar and Grill. It's laid back and a real nice atmosphere. Hoover damn itn't too far from there either, that was really neat to see. everytime I went, we just got the cheap hotels so we had more money for other stuff to do. A lot of them have free taxi service to and from the strip and to other hotels/casinos.

Josh if they have it and you want it, see if they'll let you pay for it over the phone and I'll pick it up for you. I'm right down the street from them and will be till probally 3 or so. That'll save you a trip.
