  1. Was just out side figuring out how to set up my tail bag. Noticed I had a little bit of wear on my rear tire. I need a 150/60ZR18. Anyone have one for sale? If I buy new what are the recommendations? I would kind of like a dual tread because I do a lot of commuting on straight, flat roads. But I also want something good for weekend rides on curves. Price is also a factor.

  2. dude just when they protest get a bunch of friend all you guy go to mc donalds or burger king and then go over to where they are protesting and start eating hamburger or any kind of meat .

Next time I see them, I most definitely am going to do that.

  3. A lot of the rifles they carry are older... they had a big problem with theft for a while so only officers get to carry the brand new guns.

This is our guard, they are reservists typically and carry much older guns

Here's an officer from the gas station.. these are the brand new rifles they are issuing.

They are the new IWI Tavors

Cool. Yeah the Iraq Guard soldier's we trained where issued all our old stuff. Desert storm "chocolate chip" uniforms, old kevlars. Don't recall what firearms they had tho.

  4. Press one for English.

I don't even like VISITING other countries without being able to speak the language...

If Rosetta Stone didn't cost 500 fucking dollars, I would make an honest effort at Spanish and maybe French.

i just think about how irritated I used to get when old Hungarian women would shop at the grocery store I worked at in high school. Their English sucked ass, but at least they were trying! If they just showed up and expected me to be able to speak Hungarian, I would have looked at them like they were retarded.

it's a silly, ultra-conservative platform to base a campaign on, but in Alabama, it might work.

Actually the best way to learn is go to where you are forced to learn it. I learned more useful spanish while I was in Socal than I did in H.S.

  5. If I am stopped at any given time I am required by law to show my "papers". I am 34 yr old white male, and have been asked many times for my "papers". Everyone on this board that have been in contact with police have been asked for their "papers".

The "papers" I speak of is my State issued I.D., why is it so bad to ask one to carry identification? I don't see (forsee) the authorities just going around like Nazi's asking for it.

    Be legal or get legal.

Are people that aren't here legally protected by the constitution? If they come through the front door, become documented Americans, get jobs, and live the "American dream" there would be no problem.

Every time I've been in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation, Ihad to provide my ID os some sort of info they could enter into the computer to "check me out" even if I wasn't the driver. I don't see where this is so much different in what will actually be done in practice.

If Arizona has the resources to do what some people think they will with it, I need to move there! They don't have the resources to just stop everyone they see to ask if they're here legally. If someone starts to run off if a LEO says "hi" to them, is that suspicion enough to detain them and see what the issue is, be it drugs, or they're illegal?

I'm trying to understand here and asking questions, not trying to fan the flames.

And Mags, I would think that providing a legal document, such as a state ID would be sufficient for your niece.

If you are just walking down the street you are not required to possess any kind of identification. If you are driving, you are required to show that you are legally able to drive. Driving is a privilege, not a right.

  6. For your usage, I guess more secure is better, since you will use it morethan I do mine. You need somewhere to keep the bike that you can just leave the bag on it when you get home!

Would be nice to leave it on the bike. And I want it to be as secure as possible, don't want my new laptop bouncing down the road.

  7. So, did you ever get the penis you wanted?

    Nice one !

and if not, you can come to my place

yes I know this has been pointed out already.

I just wanted to point it out again.

    lulz

  8. They look like they "attach" to the body work and I am just not a big fan of that. The bag itself looks really nice and versatile though. Is there any way to run the straps securely under your rear seat?

On the way home I ran the strap through the frame. At home I did try to see if I could just run them under the seat but it was getting dark and cold so I'm gonna try again tomorrow. Under the rear seat would be easier and simpler to put on and off I think. I'll post up how I end up strapping it for good.
