  1. Just talked to a witnesses to the accident. Left hand turn for the SUV. Rider had helmet and all gear and was not speeding. Witness is pretty sure charges will be filed on the SUV driver from their point of view. That is all.
  2. Casper, you are not a well man. You need help with your interwebs addiction.
  3. Good to hear you'll be back in the saddle soon.
  4. Yea, what he said. We can talk about when after that. I think it's on the 14th, a Thursday and every Thursday after that at Polaris. Not sure what you mean with 11/13
  5. Some serious fun that was! What a blast! Better? This ought to be good!
  6. It was a fun ride! Kinda windy on 16 heading back but not too bad. A good ride, nobody tried to park on the roof instead of turning left. Shiny side up, a good day.
  7. You might get something out of a video course like this one. http://www.ridelikeapro.com/ Some good tips in the course. How not to let the bike get away from you at really low speeds. (Parking lot stuff) Builds confidence.
  8. Sign up anyway then just show up. When somebody else doesn't show up you can be first in line to take their place.
  9. I'm near Dublin so the Pony would be as good meeting place as any. Meeting in the middle of the parking lot lets everybody find each other quicker. Is 12 noon is the time your talking about meeting?
  10. If I roll out early enough I might join you. Where in Westerville are you planning to meet?
  11. There are no more Nazi's And what else would they talk about?
  12.:lol: Something about chlorine and the gene pool....
  13. Bump for the cause. Don't have all the safety gear but I might show up just to see what is going on. Sounds like fun.
  14. Interesting answers. In groups, I'll be in the back of the pack. My bike's not the fastest and I don't like being crowded from behind. So, by all means you can go first. On the freeway it's always about 5mph faster than traffic. Never sit in a blind spot. Always just left the area when the cars move over. Odd how if you ride at the same speed as traffic somebody will always ease you into their blind spot, then forget your there. Don't worry too much about the speed limit. More about the conditions of the road and traffic. Slower or faster as needed. Left hand tire track mostly, staying off the oil patch in the center of the lane. Mindful of the scenery too. Horse apples might mean a buggy in the middle of the road on that next turn.
  15. Hmmm. Soapy fun.... Um, sorry there were bikes there?!?
  16. Naw, thats her bike. And it's your mom!:lol: Or, Thats not a bike, thats a marital aid! This thread is turning out to be pretty funny after all. Nothing quite like a good laugh first thing in the morning! Fonzie, you the man! Rep to you sir.
