Did my rear brake master cyclinder guard first, It was ok turned out darker once it cured and doesnt match. Did my rear pegs on my RR Rear pegs on a gsxr1000, brackets are getting sand blasted and arent p/c yet. Along with front pegs, brake lever and shifter lever. Gsrx1000 master cyclinder guard -white specs are bondo dust- Piece turned out really well Just started and learning as I go. Getting a new gun monday and then doing my wheels a dark candy red and painting my rr candy red soon.

The. Continentals are good tires don't get me wrong though. My powers have great traction, warm up find, work great in gravel conditions. My drive way is 1/2 mile gravel and a lot of sides roads are gravel/chip n tar and it sticks just fine. Now mud is a differt story. My next tire will be Avons.

Just my opinion. If the 520 was strong enough the bike would have came from the factory with it.

Kelp the 525 chain on it. Go down one in the countershaft sprocket, if not enough go up 1-2 in rear. I would never get a 520 chain. Just too weak imo.

The plug in ones will just blow the fuse. Hard wire one in and it will stress the alternator. Cars and suvs were designed to be as cost efficient as possible so as little amperage from alternator as possible. I would say up to 500-600 Watts would be alright, anything after that you would need to upgrade your alternator. I've experienced this in car audio competitions, we I've ran 2000+ wattage. My next system will be 4000rms, so on top of the factory alternator I need a second 300 amp and 6 group 31 dry cells.

Im selling my old (88) cr 250. It has sat in the storage shed at my brothers house for 2 years. It ran when it was parked. I got it to run for about 30 seconds then it shut off. I'm sure the carb is gummed up and wont need much to run again. I dont have the time/effort to mess with it. Bike has new bars/grips/silencer/ Needs some plastics, carb cleaned, rear brake line, need footpegs $600 OBO
