I used to do long distances, but now 30-50 milers are what I'm after. Have a second, but Saturdays are out. Friday evenings maybe? Spandex required.

I got all my old bits to my bike back from Josh. Any desire for an alloy rear sub-frame? Lot lighter, but nobody can sit on the rear anymore.
