  1. Funny that today when I logged in, a photo of you was on the home screen. As I browsed through your photo albums, I found an entire album with copyrighted pictures from Putnam. I guess as long as you don't know the photographer, its ok to steal the pictures.... Pot, meet kettle.
  2. And this guys lap times wouldn't have been that bad. He was booking down the straights at mach III on his race prepped R1. So what if he was parking in the corners?
  3. So when you were a teenager at age 16 you never messed around with girls? Should every boy then be labled as a sex offender the rest of his life? And then scare away every guy that comes near your daughter, that would make for a great father/daughter relationship. I'm sure she wouldn't whore herself out even more just to spite you. Sounds like every screwed up family who would rather blame someone else's kids rather than own up to the fact they should be yelling at their own.
  4. I think jinu and I are heading there sometime after we are both off work. Probably around 8-ish.
  5. I have a shed full that I'm trying to get rid of. Its old and not good for burning in my house but perfect for camp fires. I'll load the truck up.
  6. I figured it was free advertising for Marty???? I've purchased lots of pics from Marty and appreciate his effort/time/expense. I'm just a busy person and changing my avatar hasn't been on the top of my list of things to do.
  7. I said "was" as in past tense. She was alive at some point wasn't she... I've got an answer for everything!
  8. You need an endorsement for a 50cc scooter. You don't need an endorsement for a moped. But it can't be any larger than 50cc, can't make more than 1hp, cant go over 20 mph on a level surface, and must be "pedaled" with a helper motor only. So, most 50cc scooters don't qualify as a moped and you must have your endorsement. Hope that clears things up!
  9. You'd love for me to slap my meat on your hot grill, wouldn't ya?
  10. Making my once-a-month post to say I'll be there. Saturday and Sunday.
  11. Another great track day, the weather turned out good for us. I hit a few rain drops on my way back to Mentor. Would have been better if my bike didn't start overheating the 2nd session after lunch. Its been a long evening but I think I got the overheating issue fixed. I was about ready to give up for the night but some searching through the triumph forums found the solution. The culprit? A bad radiator cap that wasn't making a good seal. I had 2 spares to choose from off of part-out bikes I've had. I topped off the water, put the cap on, and all is well. See you all back at the track in the am!
  12. Works every time! Everyone go out and spend a lot of money on rain suits and rain tires, then it won't rain.
  13. I'm paid up for trackday Sat and Mini 20 Sunday
  14. So if everyone on OR puts in $5...we will still be way short.
  15. OK...so what were the other 8 questions you got wrong.... You only need to get 30 out of 40, so you must have missed at least 10 to fail right?
  16. Another great weekend, and my second race ever. Did the mini 20 again, but have no idea how I did or where I finished. I rented a transponder, but they were short and I was supposed to get it after the sprints/before the mini and I completely forgot about it. So, for the records I didn't get scored or anything. I know quite a few people passed me, but I also passed some others. I figure I finished somewhere towards the back of the middle, lol. I did run low 1:10's (better than my best of 1:14's my only other time at beaver) a few laps in practice Saturday when I borrowed Jinu's lap timer, and felt like maybe I had some better lap times in the race but I guess I'll never know?
  17. Id probably be in for it if I'm (available) free. Done several trackdays and one race at nelson. I ride at the slower end of the advanced pace. I think this would be a great opportunity for me to work on some things.
  18. Name him Stain. Think of the possibilities, when he's outside and you're yelling "Come Stain!"
  19. Sounds kinda like a morning wood with no chicks around. It's cool and all, but what do you do with it?
  20. I had a great weekend and finally got my first race in under my belt. I gotta admit, I was pretty nervous for the first 5 or 6 laps, and then I started to settle down and and got in a little groove. It felt like I turned some better laps than I did the whole trackday on Saturday. And of course by the last lap or 2 I was relieved to see the white flag. Sweat was dripping in my eyes and my legs were getting tired. I don't know how those guys do the 40 min or the 3 hour by themselves???
  21. I'm sure ill be there. Haven't officially signed up though.
