See you guys at Circle K at 8:30...... Rain or Shine... I don't mind getting my bike dirty:p
-
Nah....no problem with Novice riders..I just asked because *some* novice riders may take the route at a much slower pace..which they should. I don't have a problem waiting...in fact I insist it. But if a novice rider starts to play keep up because they are feeling bad at being slow or get in above their head...bad things can happen.
Bring that KTM!!!
I'll be there! I had alot of fun last time we rode. I planned on starting the ride towards the rear of the pack and work my way up to a spot I an comfy riding. That isn't considered poor group riding etiquette is it?

Did you have novice riders last time? If so..then yuuuuttt uggghhhh!!!!!
And there will be a NOVICE on this ride...... I'm gonna be there:D
What's worse than a novice riding with a group of sport bikes?............................................

Are we stopping for lunch or should I pack a PB&J , a juice box and some fruit roll ups in my Hello Kitty backpack?

How would you rate this ride compared to one of the AMA D/S rides down there? I've done most of the different rides in So-Ohio.

I'm LUVIN' my 950 Adventure... For me it's the perfect street bike. The ergo's are great, It handles fantastic, brakes are really good and it's pretty darn fast for what it is.

I ride bikes of all sizes... Plus we "DIRT BIKE" guys know that a REAL ADVENTURE RIDE doesn't START....till the pavement ENDS;)

Unk-Punk.... If you thought the 290 lb 625 was a handfull off road.... a 460lb 950 would be misery.... Not to mention real expensive for me:p. You forget there are now 2 offroad worthy steeds in my barn.... Why not join us and ride the TWO-FIDDY? 220 pounds, Rekluse clutch and brand new real knobbies. It needs to be ridden:D

I've got a 748 with a shitload of NelsonRigg luggage in the closet. Sport touring on a dirt bike is for pussies. Phhhhttttt... please.
And you really should COME OUT OF THE CLOSET:D
OK where were we.... Oh ya talking about bikes:cool:

Cool! I will bring down our group of dual sporters from the Cleveland area. I just got a 525MXC that needs to be ridden;)
-
Is this an AMA ride or something you are putting on yourself? Where is it based outa? Any ideas on a date?
-
I may be able to go. Depends on the family and schedules. I got a new set of tires on the ol' KTM:cool:

Glad to have you on board. I think a few of us would like to have sex with your bike. Me first.
Well.... OK but I request that you wait till I get off of it. I saw the looks the "Baby on Board" Kawi got. I can only imagine the looks of a KTM Adventure with a horney guy molesting it would get.

Hey guys.... Had fun and wanted to thank ya all for letting me tag along. Hope I didn't slow you down from your normal pace too much. From a newbie stand point it all went well. I will say I was uncomferatable with the playing chicken with oncoming cars on RT83, But once we got on the back roads it was a blast.

I just got home from the ride.... Darn good time with only minor carnage on the first loop. Because of the late start I had to bail part way into the second loop. Thanks to all who put this together... Had a great time.
