  1. wow i love craigslist... look at this retard trying to get 6300 for his ninja 250.. he got raped on his purchase price and apparently thinks everyone else is as dumb as him. I looked at buying one of these for my wife last year and with tax title and everything it was gonna be like 4200 out the door brand new. http://cleveland.craigslist.org/mcy/1208240250.html
  2. i've heard the bmw's that have a drive shaft last FOREVER but that one looks belt driven like a buell? I'd go with an FZ1, i'm pretty sure they do have older R1 motors like someone mentioned earlier... But if it's a passion you're trying to share with your wife she might be much more comfortable on the back of the beamer! Remember... " a happy wife.. is a happy life" lol Look at the size of my r6 rear seat... my wife doesn't share my passion....
  3. i'd pay $2800 more just to never own a dell again
  4. okay leave it up to aol to actually have pictures for this news article, just when I thought this story couldn't get any funnier, i come across this! http://news.aol.com/article/suicide-jumper-pushed/496337 He gives the guy a sweet salute after he pushes him off HAHA
  5. word, now i just need a sweet ass black leather vest with some crazy "ohio riders" logo patch on the back (dayton chapter) to wear when I'm smuggling cocaine on my yammie!
  6. you got a GTO with a holden front end, no way! I think the holden front ends are way cooler than the pontiacs, post some pics?
  7. they like to run a small cesna plane overhead and clock you from the sky.. Notice the white bars on the shoulder of the roads. Then they pull ya over I got a speeding ticket right by that exit like 4 years ago from being clocked in the air blah! *edit - just noticed fusions post... beat me to the punch!
  8. I saw this article online and thought it was funny! Sometimes people just needed a little help making the "right" decision. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,521379,00.html
  9. lol my internet connection was freezing up when I hit save and I think it somehow saved it twice cause I double clicked save lol
  10. I went here a couple months ago and didn't even know it existed until I found it on Yamaha's website. I was leery about going to the original dealership I bought my bike from because they had given me beyond terrible service when I had taken my bike there previously. I had some fork work done, and they were the most friendly dealership I've ever dealt with! Their price quote was reasonable, and the work was completed by the next day! It's a smaller family owned dealership and it shows in their customer service. They weren't like a lot of the other "stealerships" i've dealt with in the past. I live south of dayton so it was a little bit of a drive but definitely worth it! If anyone on here has a triumph or a yamaha I would definitely go to Joe's Cycle to have the work done.
  11. I think the bird poop on your window is fitting cause those ape hangers look like shit haha but to each their own...
  12. that was a hilarious post! Has anyone posted a link to the thread of the guy who had a kawi zx6r (I think) and had his buddy put a fender eliminator kit on it and it wouldn't run after he was done cause he drilled like 6 times through the ecu! I wish I could find that thread, it was also epic! Oh I found the link, enjoy! sorry if this is a repost http://www.zxforums.com/forums/zx-6r-forum/14462-fi-light-need-help.html
  13. thanks for the warm welcome everyone! And yes I was at the greene on tuesday but not on my motorcycle, I stopped off to use their bathroom, they have lovely facilities as opposed to the local gas stations! I think there's another guy in west carrollton who has an anniversary r6? maybe it was him!
  14. Well ammo is a real pain to find in ohio right now... You can always find shotgun slugs and .22's tho'... haha but if its worth doing, its worth doing right... my first gun was a taurus 24/7 pro 9 mm and I really liked it. It was very reliable, rarely had any malfunctions or jams, and mags were easy to reload. It was a little slim in my hands and I switched to a Glock G19 and I love it! I've fired thousands of rounds through my G19 and have no complaints. The one nice thing about getting a glock is there is ton's of accessories and after market items available for them. Holsters are easy to find, so are reasonably priced magazines, etc... And if you want to save on ammo you can buy a .22 conversion kit for the glocks. However finding a G19 might be hard right now... Another good gun for a reasonable price is the ruger SR9 but it is also slim so your trigger finger may overcompensate when you grip the gun.
  15. hey everyone, I came across the link for this website on the r6 forum so i figured i'd join! I've been riding for several years and my current bike is a 2006 Yamaha R6 anniversary edition. I love to ride and I'll be sure to shoot ya the waive no matter if you're riding a harley or a vespa!
