you would have to deal with him a little more to know him , sure he does alot for the City , but hes killed when he didnt have to also several times . i grew up in Cleveland . Go ask people in 2nd district how they feel. law abiders cant wait till he retires. hell Cops cant wait.

he does his job, but can be pretty absurd in his duties at times. go get pulled over by him doing 60 in a 50 ...... and make sure you have a ride home. dont present a son of cop badge or any type of fop card. he tows quick , just be calm cool collected and hope that right on red at 3:59 did not piss him off enough to tow ya. he has Vietnam Demons the Civilians must pay for. i respect his thoroughness in criminal activity. but he can be pretty hard on those that make simple little mistakes in traffic.

i give ya kudos man , i do not think all officers are above the law. you have to deal with alot of shit everyday. i have quite a few buds working in law enforcement. most in Major metropolis's around the country, and they see alot that leaves a burden on their mental state.it is a tough job. we need you or we would be in hell. but as in any demography there are bad seeds and good seeds. i think articles like these come from some dealings with the above the law mentality some encounter.

metalurgy sets the rev limit , once metal starts moving at more then 4,000 feet per secound it breaks down. its all about the stroke. to add bigger the motor longer the stroke .... bigger the motor less revs it will take to hit the magic 4,000 fps number. one reason harleys will never get up there , they have strokes comparative to Cars. and can never hit those revs till a redesign.

lol i ride a 01 busa all the time. its 1100 . and the 90s would throw the first jump in the modern bike era into that category , look at a 98(11750) R1 ( first new era bike)and 09(believe its near 13000) , same with 99 Busa and 09 . you might have some HP and BHP jumps but not to much in revs. also think i remember 04 r6 near 13000

most 600.s are around 1300 , some litre bikes 1100
