I believe that its a 636 compared to the 599 cc honda RR and that will give it just a little more grunt at the low end of the RPM's should feel better on the street getting on it at a stop light.

grrr really. ok lets look at the numbers of people that have gone down to lose surfaces and just because you have training on it dosnt mean you will make it thou any situation. I havent gone down on gravel but i have gotten very lose and saved it. if you hit it in a turn and you have the bike leaned over hard the odds are against you.

no not true you only assume you know were it is. you can remember were you thought it was but you dont know if a car has gone through it and kicked it all over the place. you have then a false since of security my friend...

I do really love riding my XB lightning and it is a very low maintenance bike. It has lots of low end torque and is great for street ridding but its alot slower than the 1125's. But it can hold its one with must of the monsters and isnt much slower the the street triple. I personally love the harley sound on a sport bike. its also a very very comfortable riding position.

a shotgun is great for home defiance. Exp. if in a Apt. or condo were you have close neighbors. Something people forget is your responsible for every round you fire and even a 9mm can go throu a wall and kill a neighbor or even a loved one in the house.

I read enough to see some dum ass post about schooling a kid on the road. you can say what you want that it wasnt going to go any were with it but all your doing is pumping a kid up to try to prove himself. its not always about if it is actually going to happen its about if someone feels they have to prove themself to others to fit in. Im not talking shit im talking like a responsible adult you might want to try it. just the trashing of the bikes on this forum is sad. people come here to meet other people to ride with and learn from at least thats what brought me to this and that my sister was on here for some time. All im saying is be smart about what you say. remember this kid is 18 and a very young rider that dosn't have fear built into him yet.
