At 7 I think she would still have 2 or 3 good years on it. My daughter will be 8 in 2 weeks and the size is fine for her but I want her to learn clutch use next season. I'm 4 hours from the KY border though so maybe stop by a dealer and have her sit on one to try for size.

Just my opinion here but training wheels on motorcycles are the dumbest idea ever. If a kid can't ride a bicycle they have no business on a motorcycle. This year a 4 year old little girl was killed at Apple Cabin (MX track near Medina) riding a PW50 with training wheels. One of the training wheels caught a track marker and high sided her.

This bike has never had training wheels attached, I would never allow my kid to ride a motorcycle with training wheels. I made sure she could ride a bicycle well before I ever let her on this. She started riding it at age 4.

SOLD I have a 100# bone stock 2004 CRF50 that I purchased new for my own daughter when she was 2. It's only been used in my own backyard and never been to the track. She is to scared yet to ride with me in the dirt. It might have 10 hours total on it. I have all the original paper work & manual. My daughter turns 8 in 2 weeks and will be ready for a clutch bike next season. Price is $600 FIRM! Payment may only be made in cash. They were loosely based on the 1982 ELR & 83 Superbike replica. Other available colors were Black, Red, Silver.

My 2001 ( NOT for sale) They are still in production today but they stopped importing them here in 2005.

If you want something you can ride every day I would recommend looking at CarWhore's machine. Any of the 450R bikes are competition machines and won't last long if ridden on the street. A motor rebuild on any current 450R will be in the $1500-$2000 range if you can't do the work yourself.
