spoke to the triumph dealer. no such high mount mid pipe exists for the TOR muffler nor was it offered in a high mount option. Hmm. sounds like square one again. =(

catman, It does not rivit together, and its the triumph accessory offroad muffler. I dont particurly want to cut it up. I have looked at the undertail setup also.

wonder if theres a mid pipe to set my triumph muffler as a high mount.

it does appear its working just fine! The carbon fiber gets warm but not really hot.

its a factory triumph accessory muffler, I really hate to do that, and it appears that its glued together ,not riveted or screwed.

exactly my thoughts on hiding that rear wheel. The stubby pipe i can carry a passenger and use my bags. =) ^ i love the high mount but my bags wont work with it.

the high mount idea is still there, but im favoring the stubby becuase I dont have to remove passenger rear sets, and I can put my bags on with it. the high mount I cant run with my bags, which i use quite frequently to go to work, and traveling. There is an 11 hp gain with the stubby and the TOR tune, and I have seen dyno charts on this but I don't know for sure.

I am arguing with myself on putting a new slip on on the triumph. Heres what I have now And I am debating switching to this, just am having a hard time parting with the cash.

I drove it in my pickup last year, at a reasonable pace, and a harley almost hit me. Beautiful scenery and area though.

I wasnt sure where to post this so here it is. I need an exhaust hanger/brace/bracket to go around a slip on. I am making up a high mount exhaust for the triumph. Heres a pic, but I dont have the hanger that goes around the muffler.anyone have one laying around they'd like to donate or can direct me to where I can find one?

These guys have hit all the nails on the head. I wasnt too impressed with the fuel mileage/power ratio of the crew cabs. Untill this year, all id driven were s10s and for the most part, they were reliable. My 4x4 blazers transfer case control modual was always problematic, as was the cpi injection.
