    haha!! I emailed that guy. I'm just having a hard time listing the fz1. I hate dealing with craigslist people. I doubt he's looking for any sort of fz1 trade.

    I've pondered my own question most of the evening. Since I already have a track toy(granted, its yet to actually hit the track) I narrowed it down to a couple different options. -buy a used v strom and farkle the hell out of it. Good suspenders,brake work, some luggage, and ride the heck out of it. -dual sport-dr650,xlr650, something along those lines. After doing a few track days, the street doesn't speak to me the same way it used too. I think being able to mix it up in the dirt and street would bring the excitement back of riding off the track.

    We never had any crashing in novice in my track adventures, but what I will say , is that it always seems there is a couple of people that don't want to follow the "no passing "in the early sessions. I've not quite understood the reasoning behind this. It appears to me that the guy being towed by the control rider panicked and was in too deep before he realized and stood the bike up....

    Nope- I have an sv650 and an fz1 and the sv650 is my main choice for fun!Great write up! Keep that approach to riding and knowing your personal limitations and you will have a long, enjoyable riding career.

    Word, I've been on a huge super moto kick lately . Bah. I love my fz1 , but for whatever the reason , it hasn't made me want to ride lately .

    don't hold me to this, But i believe for track days your required to use stick on weights, and have the weights taped with duct tape.

    as promised- Most of my stuff is 2009-2014. Treasure hunts are in the mix. If theres anything your interested in, let me know. I would sell the entire collection as a whole also. Make me an offer.

    I used them and pulled 8600 miles out of a set of Conti motions on a triumph sprint st. They worked well.
