  2. I'm sure its great. My biggest concern is long term reliability. This is something I am planning to have for the next 8-10 years.
  3. Well you have brought it to my attention that I have been slacking a bit on the BBQ porn.... Heres my last few cooks... thanksgiving turkey. christmas pork shoulder ribs i tossed in while said shoulder cooked... this started as 19.60 lbs of shoulder. After the cook the final weight was 8.40 lbs.
  4. Ive found a few h6s and a few ridgelines but they all have between 100-150k miles. Should that be a worry with either of these two vehicles?
  5. I won't lie, I'm pretty proud of this thread.
  6. Sounds like an outback is the answer. I also looked at a few foresters and a Honda ridgeline yesterday. The ridgeline is very nice but the fuel mileage isn't what I want.

  9. I dig them a lot. Price seems to be an issue when looking at them.
  10. Your bumper tow weight and running a proper class hitch is two entirely different things.
  11. Where do you find that? I've not been able to find any tow specs for a new impreza.
  12. I've been Eyeing this up... http://iphone.wagnersubaru.com/index.htm#certified_p_2FSubaru_p_2F2011-Subaru-Outback-a8088f470a0a006400ebe108d8e6d759_p_2Ehtm
  13. 2000 lbs is my 6x10 trailer and 2 or 3 motorcycles depending on the bikes.
  14. I can get any of the subi's in a manual. I'm not dead set on a manual, just preferable. Just trying to see what all is out there.
  15. a subaru outback will tow 2700. I can't find any tow ratings on the impreza.
  16. Heres the deal guys...I am going to be in the market for a new vehicle. I was pretty well set on a new subi impreza, but I don't believe it will tow my trailer. I really like an outback as well, but I can't seem to find what I want for the price. Heres what I need. 4 doors Tow 2000ish lbs. preferably manual trans decent fuel mileage. $20,000 or less. I would like to stay away from a fullsize truck due to the fuel mileage. I currently have an extended cab 2005 chevy colorado ls sport. It does these things just fine, but I am at a point where I need 4 door. What do you suggest?
  17. While working a job quite a few years back, I had some rough stuff for lunch and I had to drop a deuce, so I sat down, and on the door in front of me I read " You are now sitting at a 45 degree angle"
  18. glad it worked out guys!
  19. I am going to make my two 10 lbers a few days in advance so its not a rush on christmas. Do you guys think reheating in the crock pot will be okay?
